First time at this branch, definitely a positive one. Both Angel and Amberly were very welcoming and smiles all the way. That speaks volumes about a place of business when everyone has a genuine smile.

Chase entrance at university village is like a hidden oasis. Bridge paths over little streams and the sporadic shade of palm trees. Conveniently located right off the freeway but parking can be a bit of a struggle on busy days. Lots of eateries surrounding and fuel stations. A great pit stop to get you on your way.

I went into this branch with an hour left on a Friday and was told that they were unable to help me open an account when someone was sitting there one of the bankers literally doing nothing and then you can’t open an account if at one point, which was I believe three or four years ago, I ran into some financial troubles and so my account with delinquent but I paid it off but I was told that I couldn’t open an account online and no one could help me because everybody wanted to go home and start their weekend so disappointing pay your employees better Chase and maybe they’ll wanna help people open an account I was trying to cash a check for over $3000 and open a new account again with you guys!

This was my first option for opening an account in the US. But when I arrived, turns out they had NO ONE at all to open an account for me and then they say they had no room for today and I have to schedule an appointment. Really? You guys clearly don't want new customers so I guess I'll just go to Wells Fargo.

Huge shoutout to the branch manager Roxy Walters for helping me resolve my claim issues. I walked into the bank so anxious and upset because of an AMT malfunction. She was so kind and helpful towards me and I can't thank you enough. She was stern with the claim department when I couldn't be. She also demanded that my issue be resolved and helped me to file a complaint as well, which really helped to expedite the the investigation process. Amazing customer service and really advocated for her client.

Bad service tell you your money will be on hold for 7 days till 5/10/22 then on the 10 they change and hold your money till 5/17/22 because they can not do there simple job of cashing a check that they have been cashing for a hill year.stupid bank to take care of your money!!!!!!!!!!!workers and management too

I went to this location to ask help because I lost my card but I already reported it and its been 3 days but still I didn’t receive my card. Before it only takes 2 days and I received my card right away coz I told them I need it. The teller name Liz never even bothered to helped me out. She just give me the number of customer service. The reason I went there coz I need help and If i can request it right away so I can use my card. No wonder this bank its only 3.2 ratings. Please educate her more about customer service.

Experienced worst experience ever I tried to cash my check and they didn’t allow me to do that and they ask me to come back with nee one and when I back there with new check they still making fun of me and my time never prefer this branch worst customer support and no favorable option. Just making fun of us that’s what I fee never go back for sure.

I went to deposit a stimulus check that had both my name and my wife's name on it . I'm the primary holder so I went ahead and signed my name, the teller then tells me that my wife also needs to sign it which makes no sense . My wife had previously deposited another stimulus that had both our names on it with only her signature and she's not even the primary holder. She then asked her Superior and he agreed with her . UNBELIEVABLE , TERRIBLE SERVICE , WHAT A WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Recently had to take care of business and asst from Danny Villagran has been a great experience. I call and if not available, he always calls back, and making appts is convenient. We have a stream of paperwork to complete and this part has been pleasant.
