ATM took my money in, didn't process, printed a receipt to call claim, Went too teller, asked me to call the bank. Did call, very poor service and long waiting. Its been more than 24 hour my cash deposit wasn't process. This is ridiculous, I need to pay bills, and this bank took my money and then said do their investigation. This thing put me in lot of stress and waste lot of my time. I am going file a Lawsuit against this process and Chase bank's mishandling the deposit if I don't get my deposit process within 24 hour.

Their ATMs are always broken. I wish managment would put a sign up every time the drive through ATM was broken. It’s annoying to drive through the drive through just to get to the ATM and it say out of order. Why not just post a sign on the ATM visible from the front so people don’t have to waste time? And then you get inside to use the ATM and there is a huge line because another ATM is broken.

I wanted to express a 5 star review for Robert Peng. He helped me open two accounts today and it was the most amazing experience I've ever had with a bank. This place rarely has their drive thru ATM working. Right now, 6 people are waiting in the vestibule, in the rain, because the drive thru ATM won't take or dispense cash. Worst facility around. Nice staff, though.
