We can always count on Citi bank to have ONE teller working and some sort of line. It's always a 20-30 min process for a simple deposit . And it's not just this Location it's every Citi bank location in my experience . All slow !

If I could give a -10 I would. Martha Macias the vice president and her associate, were very condescending. They belittled, embarrassed, and discriminated against my mother and myself, regarding our accounts! I see why they have such a low rating. They have very poor customer service and I will be closing my account with them. After I filed a complaint to their headquarters the brancg filed an elderly abuse charge, which is utterly ridiculous I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION

I love this branch as soon as I enter the door the banker always looks up and gives me a big smile. that really means a lot to me and all the tellers are friendly & courteous. Thank you Citibank!

I put 1 star because I had to... this is THE WORST BANK and banking system anywhere!! I cannot go into everything they did to me when my husband died because it's to sickening to replay but suffice it to say you had better watch your money like a hawk if it's in Citibank... the latest they've done without notification is to start pulling a 25$ A MONTH fee on my baby's savings account that had a total of less than 400$ in it!!!!! This corporation and these people are thieves and crooks.... GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I logged onto my account one day and much to my surprise, Citi closed my account. The reason they gave me is that it was closed due to "significant amounts of cash transactions were made". WHAT???? So because we made large cash deposits the account was closed??? What kind of a bank does this? Ohhh I get it, Latinos aren't allowed to make cash deposits without it being suspicious activity. Unbelievably terrible institution. Do not do business with Citibank.
