Just close my business account! I deposit check $2000 they hold my check not release to me and nevar give to me ( some kind a fraud )! They hold my $2000 for no valid reason! I went branch 20 time no one able to help ! They don’t return money to my client and never refund to us ! Hope Citi bank see my review to help poor people !

We can always count on Citi bank to have ONE teller working and some sort of line. It's always a 20-30 min process for a simple deposit . And it's not just this Location it's every Citi bank location in my experience . All slow !

If I could give a -10 I would. Martha Macias the vice president and her associate, were very condescending. They belittled, embarrassed, and discriminated against my mother and myself, regarding our accounts! I see why they have such a low rating. They have very poor customer service and I will be closing my account with them. After I filed a complaint to their headquarters the brancg filed an elderly abuse charge, which is utterly ridiculous I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION

Am homeless with $51000 frozen at Citibank . Martha called the fraud department and had them freeze my money and kept it. That was may 7th after they closed my account I waited 60 days for my funds returned as per the letter said. Instead am still waiting to this day every time I call I get a different response most of the time they just hang up or keep me on hold forever. That’s the corporate response from someone who decided to go the easy way by telling me to go screw myself inthe picture. The following day after I received the letter saying no money is at Gigi for me a supervisor tells me that they emailed the back office and that my funds were still in their hands. Beware don’t open an account with citibank. My account was only open for 2 days and was blocked the same day. K never used the account they say I wired the money.

Martha is a very bizarre manager. She will talk bad to you and make your money disappear. It's been 13 days since Martha had called the fraud department in front of me and made them freeze my money and block my account. She put herself in a god like position on my account and will not talk me where my $50000 is or what she did with it. So much animosity made me think I was negotiating a war treaty just to open that account.

They would not cash a check written from Citibank itself. Told they were not qualified to cash go to another Branch the would be able to cash.

The personal banker came off rude I met up with my boyfriend happy to open a savings account. The personal banker belinda changed my whole mood. The place was empty and she still was not trying to help. The only reason we stuck around was because we really need a savings account. Towards the end she changed her personality to where I didn't even care anymore. Everything she tried to say in the beginning that we needed to bring in order to open a savings account turned out we didn't even need .
