Everytime I come here the staff member Tatiana is very rude to me. Especially after I politely tell her I dont want to make a donation because she's very pushy and rude about it. She practically throws my bag at me after I'm done with my purchase. This needs to stop.

The Victorville manager \\u0026 staff are too busy chatting it up when I had a question regarding cargo pants. The manager was so bothered that she snapped “What’s up?” She had a wide eyed look and very serious. Wow, I said. Sorry to interrupt. Then I asked if there was a manager in the store and she loudly said she is the manager. Well an owner would be much nicer. Oh well I don’t recommend to shop at Cotton On in Victorville. Seems they’re on crack or something. Definitely not working to help customers that are ready to buy. ps, manager started hiding when she thought I might be taking a picture from outside the store. She literally ran off towards the back while other customers walked in. LOL March 1, 2023 just after 4 pm. Look @ your cameras HR!

Love finding unique shirts for my little boy. Stopped in today and needed a larger size for the shirt I chose the lady checked and said it was in stock. She went to grab it from the stand but it wasn't there. She went the extra mile and checked shipment, went through boxes and found it. I was impressed. The other lady was nice enough to tell me that the shirts shrink a bit so I went up a size.Talk about customer service. Clothes are a little pricey buy worth it. Just couldn't pass up the fly Shirts. I found a new spot to shop for my son's clothes.

This is for the adult cotton on upstairs. I called in to ask if my online order was ready to pick up and was told YES. I drove from Redlands only to be told that the employee misread my name on another order and I left empty handed. This is only a fraction of the issues I've had with just this one order and their customer service. I loved their clothes, but their employees are garbage. Enough so that I'm no longer purchasing from there. Ridiculous!

I went here to do some shopping for my nieces and nephews for their Christmas presents this week and my experience was great! I had a really good conversation with Breanne and she helped me out with all that I needed. I'm sure they will love their gifts. Great store, good people, and very nice stuff!
