Ron, The general manager at Cubesmart Riverside off of Arlington Street is the best general manager I have ever came in contact with. No exaggeration here!! Ron is the best general manager ever! Here’s why: Every time I have visited the Cubesmart this Cubesmart location, he has always remained extremely helpful, hardworking, kind, and always has a willingness to help. He always goes over and beyond to help me in so many different ways. He has helped me with my billing issues on my account and he helped me unlock my storage unit when I was struggling one day in over 100° weather while pregnant. He literally came from heaven because he is just a phenomenal person inside and out and an amazing general manager. He honestly deserves the biggest raise and I’m very sad that I’m moving my items out of this location only because I won’t be able to seek assistance from him anymore. I can go on and on about how amazing Ron is. I am extremely thankful and grateful for his phenomenal assistance with helping me. Thank you so much Ron for everything you do for Cubesmart and being the very best General manager in the world!!!!!

Very bad experience here. My unit was broken into and items were stolen which I suspect was an inside job. They did eventually replace all the rolling doors with better locks. But what started as about $183/month ran up to $354! And it was $307 just a few months ago. They currently list the same unit for $270/month. That’s called gouging. I don’t know what kind sense that makes but my time in multi-family housing proved that long term tenants have increases that are limited to about 6%/year. Why? That’s because filling that unit again incurs huge losses from lost rent while vacant, not to mention the marketing costs to advertise. I moved my things to another facility.

The gentleman I've dealt with every time has made the process quick, very informative, easy, up front, helpful, and every time I'm there I see him actually present keeping eyes on premises giving me a more secure feeling storing my belongings.

Ron at Cubrsmart is awesome. He really helped us set up a unit that was perfect for us with a payment we can afford. A friend who was a long time renter at the facility referred us and I couldn't agree more. Facility is safe amd clean and he had no issues over the yeats. We are super happy to have found a umit here. Thanks Ron!
