Got here five minutes before they close and they locked the door and said they were close. Now Sun have to drive around town to find a place that has an essential item that I need. I work nights and regularly go to this location immediately after I get out of work at 10:30pm. Very disappointed in a store that doesn't honour their posted close time of 11:00pm. Do better CVS, you're a pharmacy, not a bar or restaurant!

I've only been coming here for a few weeks, but I have had good experiences so far every time. There is one staff member at the pharmacy in particular whose name I wish I'd thought to get, who has just been so sweet with me. They worked hard to correct an issue I had with Walgreens, and this particular staff member took time with me to ask me questions about my medication and provided information I needed about it with empathy and patience. The next time I came in she remembered me and asked me how I was doing with the new medication and is just generally great, I always feel relieved when I see her working. She seems to really care about her customers. They've been great about all my many meds being transferred to them, and when my items have had to be ordered as they're not usually stocked, they've come in quickly without a hassle. I'll be staying with them assuming nothing changes.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Waited for 2 hours for one inhaler. I will never come here again, terrible service no hope for humanity if our doctors are this incompetent...............

Picked up a few cosmetic items, there was a bit of a line so I chose the self checkout. Unfortunately one of my items wouldn't scan so I needed an attendant. The light was lit above the register and a message was repeated several times that an attendant was on the way. I must of stood there for 10 min while the clerk behind the front register argued with a customer. Looked like the woman behind him could of been the manager. I got so frustrated I left my items along with two cents I had found on the floor. Hopefully someone got the message. I will never patronize this establishment again.

The drive thru line for the pharmacy had 1 car ahead of me and I had to wait about 20 minutes to go up. The inside of this cvs is a bit crowded as it's right next to the outdoor mall.

Worst Pharmacy I've even dealt with, terrible service, they could care less whether you get your prescription when you need it. Been going here over a year and often takes 3-4 days to get a refill for medication. Wish I could give 0 stars! Management need to get involved but they won't because customer service is a thing of the past, very sad!

pharmacy is fast and competent. CVS fulfilled my cats prescription in 10 min when Walgreens made me wait 3 and a half hours to leave empty handed

I renewed an RX online and everyt was good it was in process. This drug is for seizures and due to the nature it nature I can only start the refill process 2 days before I run out, I can't stop taking this medication at once per doctor. I go to pick it up and the guy at CVS refused to dispense. His reason is there is none in stock. I asked why didn't you order any? He stated we didn't know if we should order generic or brand name. I advised him I had a waiver from my insurance company effective 4-9-2022 through 4-9-2023 for the brand name. Why didn't you order the brand name? His response was if a generic is available that will override any type of auth from your insurance company. Isn't that funny?!? My insurance company is asking to pay for the more expensive drug and this guy is saying no! The guy chooses not to order either one so I, the patient am screwed ! I have no seizure meds!

This for the pharmacy, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Called to check on prescription and they said it was filled two days prior. We get there to pick up and they said to come back in 15 minutes that they were working on it. I go back 15 minutes later and they said give them another 15 minutes. This happens almost every time. Tired of it, i am changing to Rite Aid.
