This CVS is always slow. The drive-through takes forever and the lines inside are just as bad. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and no one gives clear information. If a prescription costs too much, they don’t even call to let you know. Very poor customer service — I’m extremely disappointed with this pharmacy.

Disappointing passport photo service
I was surprised to pay $19.56 (Receipt attached) for just two passport photos at CVS. When I asked for a JPG file the employee first said it was not possible, then said it might be but would cost extra, yet he was not sure. Passport renewals happen online, so a digital file is essential. Why would CVS think printed photos alone make sense for an online application? Next time I will choose Walmart, where the same service costs $7.64 and includes the digital file without any confusion. I have no idea why the attached receipt shows three items and shows the passport photos as 4x6. I only received two passport pictures at 2x2 size. I do not recommend this CVS for passport photos.

Everything is locked up and it's very inconvenient to have to wait to buy shampoo. I'm sure the employees hate it too. Why don't they just make the whole store a vending machine? Also the store is in desperate need of a deep clean.
