I frequent CVS locations pretty often and have never been made to feel the way I did in this CVS . I came in to return a pair of sweats and gift set that I had purchased two days before in Santa Clarita. I paid cash I had my receipt and the items had never been open yet for some reason the associate JAY decided Before scanning the receipt to tell me that he wasn’t Sure if he was going to be able to return it because it was purchased far away and they don’t have those items in the store yet. I’ve worked as a customer experience coordinator for 10 years And at no point should a customer service associate make a customer feel like they’re a criminal For absolutely no reason. This store in general has absolutely horrible culture , really need a retraininng in customer service..you know, their job!

I live nearby and sadly the pharmacy staff is rude and treats their customers/patients like drug dealers here. There is one pharmacist (middle aged Asian lady) who you all should definitely avoid if you guys do unfortunately decide to come here. She is horrible and is very unhelpful/demeaning. Whenever she "helps" you out, your hand just starts quivering from wanting to slap the nasty attitude out of her. Total dry c o o c h i e energy. Please don't come here.

I should've not trusted the pharmacy staff to try to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy 30 mins before the other pharmacy closes. I first called the other pharmacy to see if it would be possible to transfer a prescription from them to this CVS. They said yes but CVS needed to call them and request the prescription to be transferred to them. I then called CVS and gave them the information. CVS even asked for my phone number. Before hanging up I let them know that the other pharmacy was closing at 9pm which was 30mins from then. They told me it would take about an hour to transfer it and fill it. An hour after I called and they claimed that the CVS pharmacist was on hold for 20mins and when they finally answered the other pharmacy said that they were closed already. When I first called the other pharmacy I was not put on hold. To me it sounds more like CVS forgot to call and if they did it was after the other pharmacy was already closed. I get that the CVS pharmacy staff already has a lot on their plate and it was our fault for not having the clinic send the prescription to the right pharmacy from the beginning but if you're not going to try to do something right, do not commit to it. Also, the minute that you supposedly got a hold of the other pharmacy and you realized you weren't going to come through for the customer and you have their phone number, you call the customer and let them know of the situation. If not, then why ask for the customer's call back number??? But I guess it's my bad for placing my trust in CVS pharmacy staff. I should've just gotten the prescription from the other pharmacy even if I would've had to pay extra because of my insurance coverage.

NO stars for RVSD, Ca. (Adams and corner of Magnolia store )CVS Drive Thru Pharmacy. Horrible customer service and Medications not ready when CVS app Text message has been sent to customer's phone stating your meds will be ready by a certain time & not having the medication in stock and can't confirm when they will be back in stock.

The concert lounge is at 285 Alessandro Blvd, not on University Ave. Submitted a suggested edit for the location. The concert lounge in downtown riverside closed earlier this year. (‘23)

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHARMACY SERVICES. Horrible service. Absolutely incompetent staff. They have no clue how to work efficiently or effectively. Plus, they speak rudely to customers.

A typical CVS if you need anything besides your prescriptions. They most likely have it with coupons to help you on your way.

While going to this CVS for acetaminophen I got stool runs. I asked the pharmacist to open up the bathroom respectfully for my girlfriend and I. This establishment only has one public restroom. Make sure not to take long as they will open the restroom and demand that you hurry as a line forma quickly. I would not recommend to interact with Carlos, the manager at this location. very rude and uncalled for.

After a long day of work I headed over to this pharmacy. When I arrived there was a long line in drive thru, as I was waiting I noticed the cars were moving quickly. As I arrived to the window I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Lynda, she was so sweet and answered all my questions. I had to write this review because you no longer see great customer service. Thank you Lynda! CVS is lucky to have you!

I spent 14 mins at the self checkout while the clerk (older gentleman) argued with a customer at the walk up register. I found it very strange that the manager, who stood beside him allowed this to go on. With so many other businesses that would gladly welcome me, I decided to take my business elsewhere. This store needs immediate attention, It's dirty, unorganized and the staff are unprofessional.

Only came to pick up photos I ordered on Shutterfly. The cashier was pleasant and the store was OK not the cleanest but hey.

This pharmacy is the best, great customer service. I always get my prescriptions fast and everyone is helpful.
