I will never go to this CVS ever again. My son bought a $100 of XBOX giftcards from this store the other night. They were understaffed and the girl up front pushed my son to purchase at the self checkout for a gift card. He pays cash at the self checkout. He gets home, and the gift cards aren't activated. He checks the receipt, and it shows error on the receipt. Next day we go back to get it corrected. All they do is give us the run around. Tell us to call the CVS holiness to fix. Now my 17 year old son has to wait 7-10 buisness days to get this fixed. I dont care who you are, $100 is a good chunk of money to anybody. I dont feel like anybody in the store cares that my son was screwed by the girl, Jasmine, that pushed him to self checkout. They should have known that self checkout doesn't activate gift cards. Poor poor service. They dont care about their customers. Never go to the CVS on market in DT Riverside.

I picked up some photos at this CVS today and was honestly blown away by the service from the two young ladies at the front desk. They greeted every customer with a warm smile and so much positive energy.
It really surprised me—in a good way—especially considering how long the line was. I imagine they have to serve a huge number of customers every day.
Later, I told the cashier that her enthusiasm was truly uplifting. She smiled and said, “Because I want others to treat me the same way.” What a powerful insight!
Five stars, hands down! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ana at pharmacy very rude . I was trying to get a prescription transferred. Does not know how to communicate with patients. Never called my other pharmacy for a transfer. Had to call multiple times to get this done . So sad for being in this field .

My first time ever receiving a couple vaccines. It was possible to schedule or reschedule my appointment. Very easy and quick. I enjoy the bar on the app to pickup my medicine. Thank you!

Service was great! If I’m correct in his name, Carlos was friendly, professional, respectful and showed a sense of urgency by ensuring me they were already working on my 3 prescriptions that were sent over about 5 minutes before I arrived. He informed me they would have my prescriptions filled soon. He went above and beyond by offering me a flu shot which I accepted. While the employees were working hard, they were also communicating with one another in a very friendly manner which shows me they enjoy their jobs! I appreciate that! And them very much! Thank you CVS pharmacy staff!

My prescription was filled quickly, pickup time was only 5 minutes and I was greeted by name by one of the staff, a pleasant experience all around!

I have never been to a pharmacy with such expedient service. Customers were acknowledged immediately and wait time for prescription was minimal. The pharmacist was proactive in contacting my physician to correct prescription.
