I’m surprised that this CVS has lower stars. I just started going to the CVS this year from the Corona CVS. I was disappointed that it didn’t have a drive-through. But once I started going inside and realizing what a great staff that they have. They’re so crazy busy but they always have a smile on their face and they work so hard. I don’t even mind if I have to wait 15 minutes or more for my prescription if there’s an issue.I love the app anytime I have a question instead of calling and I get a phone call within 30 minutes. I just sent a message right now for a phone and I got a phone call in five minutes! So helpful and what I love about the CVS it’s the old version of it. It’s not the New ones that are on every street corner. So it’s nice and roomy and they have a lot of stock. Keep up the good work pharmacy.

Went for my flu and covid vaccines and wouldn't give to me without charging and I have medicare and medical and I'm 65 years old

I came here to take passport photo , the cashier Bonnie asked me to get in the big line of checking out so I did , but when it’s my turn she WAS NOT going to help at all. Instead she use interphone call someone else to take the photo , if she is not doing it she can use the interphone ask somebody doing it at the first place , instead she asked me to jump in the checking out line wait for 20mins…. I was NICE the whole time , and just try to get help. But seems like she just intentionally wants me to wait, I don’t know why she can just waste my time for no reason. This is straight up bully ,The experience is making me frustrated and I was expecting CVS with better customer service. it happened in 16:30pm 09/03

Not sure what Alyssa from the Pharmacy issue is when it comes for me to fill up my prescription pain medication is. She controls WHEN and HOW I take my medication and she makes me wait hours to finally pick them up and when I do it’s not even ready and she’s gone for the day ! That’s just one example . I don’t expect her to understand what it’s like to live with a chronic disease but the lack of professionalism is probably why CVS is getting their customers to switch pharmacy’s .

Shelves pretty bare. Couldn't find not one of the 3 things I went in for that they usually have. Had to go elsewhere. Spent 25 minutes looking for what I needed. I had to look lost but not one employee who passed me several times ask if I needed help.

Unbelievable that the pharmacy closes everyday for lunch. Is management oblivious to the fact that many customers run errands on their lunch breaks. Staff is very friendly but are being hindered by incompetent management. Won't be surprised when this location is closed down.

This location has the worst protocols. I had to wait in four different lines to collect my prescription, just to be told it was their error with their new system. I don’t know if this was just an excuse to push blame on to someone else but no one should have to wait in multiple lines for one service. Protocols need to be changed to service the customers better.

Extremely incompetent pharmacy, and the person administering flu shots should not be spewing opinions and false information to customers. He tried to lie about the cost in order to discourage me taking a particular vaccine I was already scheduled for! When I asked the other workers for price comparisons (which they did with attitude), it turns out there was no cost difference!

Most products that I need (chapsticks, toothpastes, medicine) are never available at this location while every other location in riverside does. Needs to be better stocked otherwise what’s the point of them being open at all?! I wouldn’t complain if CVS’ weren’t so far and few between but this is the closest one to me and every time I need something it’s always “unavailable” and remains that way month after month.
