CVS is a convenient gi to place to pick up what I need or want.
The sales reps are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend CVS. Today, the cashier was patient and helpful to this senior citizen.

I am very pleased any time I come to the store or pharmacy, especially the CVS in the corner of Merryl and Riverside. I have a warm welcome from the staff and the Pharmacist at this store. I feel this store like my second home. I have been using the CVS store and pharmacy for many years (20 years plus).

The franchise is in a DEATH SPIRAL! The staff what's left are nice, but they have few of them, so shelves remain unstocked, the lines in the checkout are long. I used to stop several times a week if not daily on the way home from work. But, now once every couple of months. Some items are decent priced, other items are outrageous.
It is the corporate mantra of today, save by reducing staff, which results in poor customer service which chases your customers away which results in more loss which will end the store and franchise.
As I said, I went almost daily, now once every three months. So how do you win me or others back when former customers only show up that infrequently?

I called in today to let the pharmacy know that my regular prescriptions did not have called to the doctor because they were automatic refills. The girl I spoke was named Seychelle. I tried to explain this to her and she started talking over me. I couldn't get my message to her. She thought she knew it all. So I told her not to talk over me so that I could explain and she got very offended and said not to be rude to her. I am 72 years old and her attitude was appalling. I asked to speak to the pharmacist on duty and she refused. I am fuming because of the way she spoke to me. I will report this cvs pharmacy to the corporate office. I have been going there a long time there is no need for her to be vindictive towards me. I am a patient and I don't need to fight to get my enquiry accross.

This should be 0 stars. I walked in and asked for my prescription to be transferred to this CVS at the Plaza from another pharmacy. The blonde heavy set woman behind the glass questioned why I was not going to purchase it over the counter and do I even have insurance??? I left and will never shop at this CVS again. Very rude staff. Shop Spencer's instead!

Cashier was very rude and looked annoyed when I walked into the store. Did not greet and looked annoyed that I needed assistance. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Have been coming to this pharmacy for 8 years and have to say their customer service has been amazing. I'm here, while the pharmacist is going above and beyond to get me my prescriptions. Cashiers are always super friendly too.

It's even worse than 6 months ago haha app says it's ready, and the piss for brain workers told me it wasn't gonna be really till tomorrow!!!

After receiving a call on Tuesday, I went to CVS to pick up a prescription. I got in line around 4:25 and waited roughly 15 minutes to reach the drive through window. When I got to the window I was told they had no prescription for pick up. I asked them to check again as I'd received the notification days before. Same response - nothing there. The lady even went so far as to say, it had been shipped to me directly. I left the line. I called the company to confirm the prescription had been sent. They confirmed the date, time, location and who signed for it (BOYD). I get BACK in the line and wait another 15 or so minutes. There is a new tech at the window who claims that again, nothing there. I recount the whole story AGAIN and she yelps, " Oh!" And excuses herself. She comes back suddenly with the prescription. No apology for the inconvenience or misinformation. AND she did not ask me to sign for the medication as she should have. Horrible experience that took way too long.

The store staff and the pharmacy staff are efficient, friendly and personable. It is a delight doing business with this store. I particularly am very impressed with the pharmacy. They go the extra mile to fill my prescriptions.
