I wish I could give this cvs on 3361 market st a 0 this worker named Kendra she wouldn’t give me her last name she wouldn’t give me direct answers. I had made a pick up for Father’s Day and she said there was only medicine pick up only when I had seen 2 dresses up women coming out with things there were clearly not medicine it was complete bullshit

I use rite aid pharmacy for my prescriptions but I've recently been helping a friend's mother with her health needs.. the few times I've been here I've had to wait twice as long as I do at rite aid,they have double the staff and still a longer wait.when you call you can't get ahold of anyone only option is to leave a voice mail and get a call back..that took almost an hour to get back to me while I was on the phone with another call..also took longer for them to get meds they don't have in stock.i switched to cvs because it was closer to her house but definitely not more convenient! If you can, I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy.

I checked out via self service, but forgot to grab a $20 that I needed. Another customer came out and told me- he didn’t steal, he helped! The people were nice, even in a poor part of town. So grateful.

I came here to CVS to pick up my medicine and the employee told me to wait 20 minutes. I’m very ill and have so much pain on my neck and head I felt weak to even walk. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a syrup I could’ve bought in the store. Bad customer service!
