Maria, the pharmacist, is the best pharmacist at any store or pharmacy that I’ve ever visited in my entire adult life. She’s professional, well organized, customer oriented, personable, intelligent, accurate, efficient, and knows what she’s doing. She goes out of her way to be accommodating. Unheard of. My mom and Dad and twin sister go to this CVS because of Maria.

If you are looking for a pharmacy to pick up the phone to answer your questions that cannot be answered online/in the app, then choose another pharmacy. Didn’t pick up the phone for 30 minutes, didn’t help me, now I spend another day without my critical medication. Cool.

The pharmacists and techs are amazing !!! I noticed they are extremely more busy now than probably 2 years ago, and I believe it is because of the closing of the Day St. CVS near by. CVS corporation needs to hire more people for this location. The staff here are multitaskers for what I see… phones are ringing , someone cashiering the very long pick up line , pharmacists is running in and out doing vaccines and checking prescriptions and talking to patients. I actually think she also fills prescriptions when it is so busy , I see her running in the background . When it is my turn for pick up , they are always very nice and efficient . I have been coming here since 2009 and even as busy as they are now compared to previous years , I still love coming to this pharmacy , but please get them more people to help them out .

THEY ARE SIMPLY AMAZING AND VERY HELPFUL. I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. LET ME START WITH MARIA SHE WAS SIMPLY AMAZING. I HAD BEEN TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT PHARMACIES (6) TRYING TO FILL MY SONS PERSCRIPTION FOR ADHD. SHE WAS THE ONLT PERSON THAT WAS WILLING TO HELP ME. SHE EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE TO ME AND EVEN EXPLAINED HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. WHEN I RECEIVED THE TEXT STATING IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP ON THE DAY MARIA SAID THAT IT WOULD BE READY, I GO TO PICK IT UP AND TRAN (I THINK THATS HER NAME) HELPED ME. ONE OF THE MEDICATIONS WAS NOT READY AND JUST MY LUCK IT WAS AT THE SAME TIME THE SYSTEMS WENT DOWN. TRAN HAD A FEW CUSTOMERS IN LINE AND EVEN A CUSTOMER TO GET EITHER A COVID OR FLU SHOT. THERE WAS ANOTHER YOUNG LADY THERE HELPING ON THIS PARTICULAR DAY (09/20/22) THEY BOTH DID AN AMAZING JOB WORKING TOGETHER TO ASSIST WITH GETTING THE LINE DOWN AND HELPING US CUSTOMERS TO REMAIN CALM AS THEY WENT FROM COMPUTER TO COMPUTER CHECKING TO SEE WHICH ONE WAS RESPONDING AS THEY SYSTEM CONTINUED TO CRASH. THEY SYSTEMS EVENTUALLY CAME BACK UP AND THEY THANKED US FOR BEING PATIENT AS WE THANKED THEM FOR DOING THE BEST THEY COULD IN THIS SITUATION. GREAT JOB STORE #16964. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Stopped by today to pick up some over-the-counter medicine for my husband who has cold symptoms. The pharmacist that was working this morning was extremely rude. She did not acknowledge me. I had to say excuse me I have a question. Her response was "I cannot deal with you right now." I responded with " I just have a simple question, can I husband take both of these medication's at the same time or should I spread them out?" She replied with "I cannot deal with you right now." I then responded with "it's just a simple question." She again responded with I cannot deal with you right now, come back later." I responded with "later when?" She responded with "I cannot deal with you right now I am just opening up come back later I cannot deal with you." I understand everyone has bad days, but she should it professional and not talk to anyone like that. I really hope somebody speaks to her About her behavior. Especially when we are in a pandemic and someone is seeking information that Should be available with no problem.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staffs there don't care about the customers. All they care is getting ready to go to lunch and go home. Doesn't matter if there is a line. I was without my meds for a week and when I went in the lady (who seems to be in charge) said there's a hold on my medication. I ask why they don't notify me about that. She said they "don't have time" to check every order to see if there's a problem or not. Hello!!!! Isn't that your job??? If you don't check prescription orders then what do you do?? She finally figured it out and told me to come an hour later because she's going to lunch?? Is she the only person who can fill this prescription?? I hate CVS. I hate this pharmacy. I only came here because my insurance no longer wants to pay Rite Aid (which I've been going to for years). So I return after work and standing in line. The same woman who was assisting me earlier (chit chatting with another person) said to me, maam we're closed at 7 (it's 7:03). They didn't actually close yet. They still chit chat. She could have help me but she chooses not to. I try telling her that I've been without medication for 5 days now. She just gave me a smirk look and said come back tomorrow. Unbelievable!!!!

These people have the worse service ever. They delivered my medication to the wrong address, instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, they blamed it on the post office. To add insult to injury now they refuse to delivery medication to my household. This is the first time I've had an issue with any delivery, I don't understand how I am being penalized for a mistake I did not make.

I made an appointment to get a Moderna booster at CVS in Target/Riverside. As luck would have it, I accidentally locked my keys in my car after work. I called the 800 number that reminded me of my appointment and told them my predicament. I asked if I could speak with someone at the CVS Pharmacy and the person said it wouldn't be a problem. As it was chilly that day, I had on a long sleeve shirt, I rushed in and the person checking me in was very friendly and I explained why I was 12 minutes late. She checked me in and asked me to wait. Up huffs "Ms.-Reason-for a 1star review!" This person, in her thick black framed glasses, was in a sour mood already when she came over and yelled at me loudly to take off my shirt!! There was a man in line and also working, I'm a busty 5'9" chick and the barrier was not 5 foot. I said I wasn't taking off shirt for all of the world (ok the 10 people who could see over the barrier), to see my unmentionables, and she yelled "do what you want!" and stormed off, There was a restroom close so I tucked in, pulled my sleeve out and "Ms Reason For A One Star Review" continued her temper tantrum and refused to do my booster. Another person with a bit of human decency came over and gave me my shot, CVS, people are already anxious about this whole COVID thing and rude little pharmacists yelling at you to strip in the middle of Target does nothing to help the stress levels! If your employees don't like giving boosters, don't make them. Let Rite Aid or Walgreens do it. This woman had no business dealing with your customers!

Came in for a Vaccine and was yelled at . “WE’RE DONE FOR THE DAY” . I called before hand and they said to come in so I go and arrive at 5:45 and they are done at 6:00. I have a fractured ankle to for me to have to wobble myself in there only to be yelled at,I was and am so upset. I wish I wasn’t in crutches tbh ppl get bold when you can’t defend yourself

Pharmacists here are rude, inattentive, and not helpful at all. It’s very upsetting to already be in pain to come and pick a prescription, and on top of it to have to deal with rude or moody pharmacists.

I don't pick up prescriptions here but I often go to CVS for just about everything else I need. It's a great place for last minute things or items I need while I'm out on errands. The people who work here are very nice and they're always very welcoming.

The pharmacist on today maria e or something might be the rudest and worse ever. My md called in an eye oint by mistake to this location I called 1 he later to ask if she could just type the rx and place on hold. She refused to type it when it takes 1 minute. She said it takes her 2 to 3 hrs to type an rx and others are ahead of me. I let her know I just need her to type it to transfer she refused again. I get it covid shots 3 per hr is a lot but to type an rx is only 2 minutes this lady should be fired or re trained lost of RPH need jobs she should have one if she cant fo basics like type an rx bot asked to verify, fill or have ready If the DL sees this write her up
