If I could I would give zero reviews. There is this one girl that was very rude. She's a cashier and was ringing up customers with her light off so I asked if her register was open and she just said "No" so i got in back of the other cashiers long line. That rude cashier proceeded to tell the person in front of me she could ring them up and she did and then walked away to chit chat with another worker. It's like she did it on purpose or something. Simply bad customer service and unacceptable behavior for no reason. I rather go to the Tyler location, cashiers are nice there and quick !

They don't know anything, you ask them about something and they say well, if there is one there, you have to see if not, we don't have it, how can they not know what's in the store?

This is the 3rd and last time I waste my time trying to shop at this location! 3rd time I show up and the store is closed middle of the day. Smh!

I will say the employees here have always been cool & real nice so they are a 5 star. But overall this location is a 1 star cuz today i came around 7pm & they were already closed with some inconvenience sign on the door & this is probably adleast the 5th or 7th time this location has done this just randomly closes out the blue due to something. This is the closest dollar tree to me & is still a 4mile drive outa my way & time all for nothing. Guess ill go to farther ones if that keeps me from wasting my time going to this location.

So me an my mom and my brother went to the dollar tree when we walk up to the door there was a security guard saying I don't know why they are closing but you can come in but my just into the store and the manger said "Turn around I'm not taking any more customers!" And my mom was like "WHAT!?" And it suck that yelp says its open right now but its not they close at 2 when they are supposed to close at 9 pm i give this a 2 star

It's hard to get help when most of the cashiers dont speak a word of English. One just pointed to the bags (as if to ask if I wanted a bag) the store manager is horrible. And it is so hot in this store. Horrible work environment!

This is my go to dollar tree store but I am sad to say that today I went in to shop and the lights were almost completely off and there was no acc every register had a fan. They have been working with no air conditioning for almost two months! and they are not closing at 9 like it says on line. Due to them not having air conditioning they have to close at 2pm in the afternoon.. No business should have employees working in these conditions it's been very hot these last months .

13 bad reviews out of 20 should tell you something. And here is one more... I was having a hard time looking through the gift bags because the racks were so full. Just touching one made several others fall. An employee named Elaine was awkwardly watching me, with an annoyed look on her face. I started to tell her that the display was way too full. She continued to stare. I tried to get some bags from the back of the rack, and bags on other racks started to fall. She came over to me and condescendingly said, "There is a clip on the top of the bags where you hang it on the rack." Okay... like I don't know that. That is not the problem. No smile, no understanding, no "let me help you with that." Just patronizing rudeness. Even if I tried to get the bags in the back with the clips, tons of bags would still fall off the racks. While I was there, another employee asked her for help, and she replied, "I'll get to it when I'm done with these bags." Like I made a huge mess, which I didn't. I was putting them away myself, but when she talked down to me, I just walked away. I went to the other side of the store to get some containers and asked another employee if they had a certain size. He said, "Go look over there," without telling me what isle or showing me where to go. He just pointed over yonder, like I'm supposed to know where that is. I figured at that point to not ask anyone else for help and just got in line to pay. I was the 10th person back and there was only one cashier. There was another employee standing next to the cashier the whole time, until I was next in line. Then she opened another register, and called me over. While I was paying, I told her what happened in the bag department and asked for the corporate number because I wanted to make a complaint. She said she didn't have it. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I asked, "You are the manager and you don't have the number for the corporate office?" She said no, with a smile on her face. I asked for her name and she said she didn't have to give me her name. She also was not wearing a name tag. Meanwhile, when I initially started talking about Elaine, to who I now know was the manager, Elaine came up to stand next to her and stare me down. Toward the end of the conversation, Elaine said that she would go get me the number. The next day I called and left a message. They never got back to me. It's been almost 2 weeks. So I'm writing this review. I can see why the owner hasn't claimed this business on Yelp.

The manager Bernice needs to be let go! She speaks to her employees in the most rude tone possible, and it is visible that the employees do not feel comfortable working in the same environment as her. Not sure what benefits she brings to the store compared to the other employees as she was not helping around in the store. Someone needs to speak to her and teach her how to properly manage a store or simply let her go, for the sake of the poor employees and the store business. It definitely made me feel very uncomfortable seeing how she speaks to the employees in front of customers, I can only imagine how she speaks to them in the office... that’s if they have one as it seems she doesn’t put it to use

Great store with lots of good buys. But 9 out of 10 times I go they only have 1 cashier working causing the line to be down one entire isle
