A Serious Issue at This Dollar Tree: Unfounded Accusations
I had a very concerning experience at this Dollar Tree that I believe should be brought to attention.
On my first visit to this store, I purchased several items and paid approximately $27 at the register. However, when I returned for a second visit, a store employee suddenly accused me of shoplifting during my previous visit, despite having no evidence or basis for such a claim.
I was shocked and immediately presented my receipt from my first visit, clearly proving that I had paid for my items. Even after this, the employee continued to insist that I had stolen something.
This was an extremely distressing experience, as I have never been accused of theft in my life. I always ensure that I shop respectfully, and although I did check my phone in the store to look up product details, I was careful to keep my distance from the merchandise while doing so.
Despite my efforts to clarify the misunderstanding, the staff member never apologized for the false accusation. This incident occurred around 8 p.m. on March 3, 2025.

I strongly urge the management of this store to address this issue seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that no other customers experience such unfair treatment.

Bad experience,walked in passed a employee went to the freezer area took some pictures of the food I usually buy,the guy told me I'm not allowed to take pictures,I saw no sign posted that said that,he followed me in the store,then told me he's calling security on me,I asked him if he was kicking me out,he said yes,since I was not stealing,that's called profiling and also harassment, I should get that employee fired,that's bad customer service,I'll never go back to that store again.

I bought 3 balloons for my grand daughters 2nd bday. One of them had air coming out of it so I went back in and the guy wanted to tell me it did that because it was hot in my car. I asked him to put more air in it and he did. I made sure my air was on and then proceeded home because I had ice cream from the store, and I didn't want it to melt. The balloon was still losing air so I went back a few hours later and was told nothing could be done to accommodate me. The other balloons never lost any air. I paid 5 dollars for the balloon and I am a regular customer. My grand daughter went without a #2 balloon and I will NEVER go back. It's the crappiest dollar tree ever!!

The manager was yelling because I want to return something it was a balloon and I didn’t open it and I buy it yesterday and asked the cashier and he said that I can return it because I’m asking him if I can return it or no and he said yes when I come to return it today, he tell me that I can’t return it and he was really yelling at me and he was talking to me so bad and after talking to him, he said that I have to buy two things to return the two balloons I have to change it he was really mean

Yep, this is definitely the rudest Dollartree staff I have ever encountered in all my years of shopping at this chain. I thought it was a one time incident at the start of December this year, but today I had an encounter with their very rude manager. I bought $100 worth of product and while he's scanning my items he tells me that I need to start bagging my own stuff. I ignore him and he continues to scan. Then he gets to 3 wine glasses I purchased as gifts and he puts them aside. So I say, "You are going to wrap those individually in paper, correct?" He tells me no because they don't have paper due to COVID. Huh??? So I insist that he needs to wrap them up because I don't want them to break. He tells me he'll wrap them up in plastic bags but he'll have to charge me. Again, huh??? I'm spending $100 and you have to be miserly and charge me an extra $.30. I said no and asked for the manager. He says he is the manager. So I proceed to tell him that he PLEASE needs to figure something out because I can't carry those home without protection because they will break. He proceeds to tell me No They Won't Break! I just stayed calm and said as the manager you should be able to figure something out. So he goes to get some small boxes and puts each glass in one. I said thank you for figuring that out. In the meantime a woman who could have easily gone to the other shorter line says OMG this is Dollartree just let it go. I kept my mouth shut. But then her unclassy self has to say as I'm leaving , "Oh it's a good thing I don't need a manager" My friend turned and told her to shut up and I just said, you're an idiot. So not only is the staff rude but some of the clientele can be salty and low class. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I'll probably not go to that location again unless I'm in a pinch. But I certainly won't buy a big order from there anymore.

One of the rudest dollar stores I've ever been to. If I could give 0 stars I would! I went there to get a cheap frame to use for an event so I can just throw it away after. When I came home and I opened the frame one of the metal thing at the back that holds the frame is missing. So I came back to the store and I told them my issue. I said I check the other frames it seems that all have the same issues so it must be a manufacturing fault. They just said sorry we can't return it coz you opened the package. But I said I wouldn't know if it's missing til I open the package coz the missing part was covered by the frame stand. They didn't even offer an exchange for other frames. They just brushed you off and laughed at you. It's not about even how much you bought but it's honoring your store products even if it's cheap. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!! Workers are grumpy and disrespectful. Go to Norco area if you can. I'm gonna call corporate after this post.

I went to the store looking for her particular item could not find them at the store, so I called customer service. I don't understand how customer service rep in genitives have the worst customer service skills I called and talked to the individual. She was so rude and so condescending, I don't know how he got his job. He should be outside sweeping the parking lot or nobody bothers him. Customer Service is not his forte. I don't believe that the phone calls are recorded or they somebody uses it for training purposes if he was to be a trainer at the company route would be at a total loss never again what I call the stores, customer service line

So many container options in this location! Lots of new products. This is my favorite dollar tree store in the area.
