I went to get my air bag replaced dur to a recall and the tech that worked on my yukon broke the AC vent on my dash and we called and never got a call back from them. Would not recommend this place for any repairs

Another great buying experience at Dutton Motor Company. Al Pina was great to work with. He had things done when he said he would. That kind of service is why I have purchased so many cars from Dutton.

My husband and I have been dealing with truck issues since we purchased it from Dutton. A 2022 truck already having to go thru an oil consumption test because, based on the first test, it is indeed consuming too much oil. I have to return back again for another oil reading in another 2k miles but in the meantime, was told by service manager, Jerry, that I would be responsible for the oil change fee OF ALMOST $200 since it was indicating the oil was due. How does it even make sense for me to be responsible after Jerry verbally confirmed my vehicle does show it is consuming more oil than it should? If my vehicle was working properly, it wouldn't need as many oil changes as it has had in such short period of time. Logic.
I went over to speak to Travis in a different department and explained the situation to him. Travis advised me not to worry and that the fees were going to be covered. Thank you Travis, for making sure I was not charged for something I should not be responsible for.
Jerry submitted the order for oil change along with a recall order. The day after, my vehicle started making a rumbling noise every time we drive it and it so happens to be around or the specific area where the recall part was replaced. So I have to head back again tomorrow for another inspection. Been there 2 times this week already.
At the time of vehicle pick up Jerry said to me which left me speechless, " I know you are not very happy with our service and because you may receive a survey and those survey make a positive or negative impact on us, I just ask that you don't fill one out. "
Wow, just wow! I'm speechless Dutton.

Made an appointment for a recall on my airbag. They said I had to wait for the part, several weeks later they said the part is here , so let set up your appointment. Show up at 8 am and they said "there is no remedy for it"

Over the past month, I have been looking at various dealerships to find deal for my next vehicle purchase. I went on line on the morning of August 26, 2024, and saw a certified pre-owned vehicle with an advertised price of $40,999. The vehicle was at Dutton Motor Company in the Riverside Auto Mall. The ad listed all the details about the vehicle such as price, color, year, how many miles, the VIN as well as to contact Dutton Motor regarding this vehicle. There only reason I was contacting this location was for the advertised price of this car I found. I began texting with a sales associate, and he told me the price was $59,999.00. I explained to the sales associate, that is not what I saw, and later sent him a copy of the advertisement I saw. He told me it was a mistake, and referred me to the Pre-Owned Manager, Steve Neville. I explained to Mr. Neville about what I saw on line, the only reason I was reaching out to this location was the advertised price, and now the vehicle is now $20,000.00 more than advertised. He told me it must be a mistake, and he has already changed the price. (I looked on line, there was no longer a price issued. The advertisement stated to call for pricing.)
Next I was contacted by the General Manager, Dave Crain. I explained to him the same information, and he had the same reply, "Must be a mistake. We will look into it and don't worry, we will help you out." Shortly after this conversation, he sent me a text stating he found the advertisement I found, which brought me to this dealership.
The next day, I received a lengthy text from Mr. Crain thanking me for pointing out the error, the dealership has a great reputation for the past 86 years, and the company would never compromise their reputation over bait and switch pricing. He also sent me some pricing sheets to go along with his texts. First, I am not in the industry of selling cars. I do not know what a complete and/or accurate pricing sheet looks like. Second, as a General Manager of a large company, don't hide behind texts. Take time to make a phone call and have a conversation with the customer. This will allow a complete dialogue to take place and all questions answered. I called Mr. Crain; however, it went to voice mail. I sent him a text asking for a phone call, no reply. After a couple of hours, I called him and he answered.
He proceeded to tell me the advertised price was an error, there was nothing he could do, and he was not going to honor the advertised sale price. He called my an opportunist and said, "I have dealt with people like you in the past." The only opportunity I was looking for was to purchase a vehicle at the advertised price.
I will not conduct business at this location for the obvious reasons. If you, who is reading this, want to conduct business here, I would recommend have the advertisement with you in hand to show the sales associate what your are looking at. You may still get the, "Oops. Our mistake", answer, but, if an advertisement brings you in to a dealership, and they change the price, I can't see a better example of Bait and Switch.

Their oil change went up by 100.00 dollars and you have to physically bring in your coupon mailer unlike how they use to honor their mailer discounts. This will be my last time coming here because their too inconsistent with services like included carwash with oil change is included only sometimes. Just ridiculous.

Ken helped me and my husband with the purchase of our Canyon. Ken was patient and open to answering any questions we had regarding the vehicle and/or pricing and such. He was also very knowledgable about the vehicle and its features. It was a pleasure to work with him and he helped make the process pleasant. We were very happy with our whole experience.

Service is not very accommodating. I came in with an issue with my 2024 truck and the writer told me to make an appointment no problem however the appointment was a month out with a kicker that I had to leave it for a week. I got the total impression from this rude writer that this dealership is to busy and they would rather not take on new work at this time. I simply called Mark Christopher and they were totally professional and fit me in immediately.
