This is my experience, after going in at a previous date to have a flat tire fixed? I was told that I had a puncture in my sidewall when the tire was taken off. I looked inside and didn't find anything that went through, so I couldn't imagine how it would leak but it was. explained I needed a new tire so I purchased a new tire. Even after asking them if they had checked the valve stem could that be why it's leaking they said they did. But then my tire was flat the next day, the brand-new tire I just bought. So, when I took it back they replaced the valve stem. When I asked for the old tire tire back they explained to me that it was yeahagainst the law to return it. I was gonna have our own mechanics check it. But I was calmed down by my company and said let it go. so I did. This time I Went in for a transmission service. And remembering. How long it took last time I came in the night before to get the Car oked through Enterprise and explained to them. It's a transmission service. Let's get it through Enterprise tonight so we can get it done tomorrow. The gentleman that I talked to said no problem. When I got there today. They explained to me. It takes a long time to get it through enterprise. I explained to them that's why I came in the lastnight to do, so it would be all OKed and there'd be no problems today. They just kind of shake their heads, I asked how long will it take to do the transmission service, They said there's cars in front of you. It'll be about 3 hours I go. How about by noon? They said Yep, that'll work. So I waited till 1:00 not getting a call from anybody So I went ahead and called them. They explained to me on the phone that Enterprise denied fixing it. I wasn't given any call to tell me that, even a call to say that it was ready. Or not. And when I Explain why I brought it in the night before. Why wasn't it done then? They went on about something, I said I'm just gonna come in and pick up the car and I hung up. When I got there I was told I was rude and they did not want me to bring my vehicle in there anymore, so if it needed anything someone else would have to bring it in because I'm rude. So my experience is not good with these people. I guess I'm the bad guy. Because I'm not stupid.

I interacted with almost every employee here and everyone was friendly. It was simple, I gave them money to install tires, they made recommendations but didn't pressure me or try to upsell. Seems Good

My car was shaking when I would go over 60 mph, so these guys replaced my old tires with some new Firestone destination LE3, did the alignment and balancing, all at a great price. Problem solved. Awesome!

Nice customer service, but they don't offer smog checks anymore. They did help me find a location for smog checks.

Honest, helpful informative staff. Went in to purchase run flat tires. They did not have them in stock but Christopher was able to order and have them delivered the same day. AWESOME!!! Will definitely be returning

My car was showing that the tires were low in air. I first went to America' s Tires. They told me the wait time was 2 hours just to check my Tires. I left. So I found Econo Firestone, they helped me as soon as I pulled into the lot. I was so impressed. Next time I need my Tires checked I am going to Firestone.

I had a busy Saturday and started calling all the Firestones I had nearby as an oil change was needed ASAP! I called and they were honest on how busy they were , but were willing to take my car in. I decided to run other errands and I got a call back about an hour after stating how additional Personnel came in and how they would have my car ready sooner , which I took my car in and only waited like an hour and a half . The system was giving the wrong pricing for the filter and the one in charge ( Christopher) called it in so that I would not over pay . Everyone was so nice , thorough in explaining and my son even made a friend ! Thank you guys , definitely coming back for future services !

Came in for alignment after being turned down at other places for being too low. Thse guys pulled out the boards and didn't hesitate to get the job done. Jose Manuel is great honest tech, With over 35 years experience. Dude knows his stuff.Service: Wheel alignment

Terrible service. I bought tires online to have drop shipped close to my location so I can pick up and take to my mech to install. They refused to release the tires to me. Stated they have to install the tires. Wanted to charge me $123.00 to install 4 tires wich is outrageous price. I feel like they are just bullying me to get the business. Kind of a sketchy place. Poor customer service explains why there shop was empty and parking lot was empty. I do not recommend doing business with this place
