William Hervig came earlier than expected which worked out with our schedule. He did all the filter changes and checked that everything was working as well as it should. We also had him replace the drinking faucet. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job and great personality!

Sean, We discussed this in detail , and don't know you were an owner and I told you then it was unacceptable that a hose bib 150 ft away from where I would absolutely need it was not going to work. That probably was right about the time you yelled for me to "STOP" as I was talking trying to answer your questions. It's disgusting that you are an owner and spoke to someone that spent $7K with your business. A hose bib is unacceptable at this point, it should have been installed properly to begin with. It's not my fault or problem that your installer rushed the job and couldn't do it properly. The electrical was done against fire code, the unit was installed with soft water inside and outside, which caused damage to my pool. That is why I specifically told your sales person that if they couldn't separate it I didn't want it..... and you deny my request to have my pool acid washed and to install properly.

I just had a new EcoWater water system installed under my sink in the kitchen. Mostly used for drinking and cooking. I got the system with the alkali enhancement. My technician, Devin Howard, that installed the system was prompt, courteous and very professional. He removed my old system and installed the new system in under an hour. Very clean install and the water tastes great. I would highly recommend the system and Devin as well.

Very happy with my installation service done today by Jose Magana. On time per schedule and called prior to arrival to let me know his arrival time. Professional. Was very efficient and kind. Work was done very clean and no trash or debris was left behind. Jose explained the system to me and i am currently satisfied with the installation of both soft water system and alkaline water. Thank you.
