Booked my storage units here and Tricia helped me. Her customer service is amazing she was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Storage units are in good shape and it’s in a great location. Highly recommend this place and ask for Tricia!

Tricia is by far thee best staff member at this location! I had trouble with my lock breaking and she went out of her way to make it right! She is the best if you need help getting a storage unit she will go into full detail on every important thing you must know before purchasing! I highly recommend Tricia!! Thank you!!!

Tricia not only helped me pick out the Right storage unit but she gave me excellent service I have never gotten into a storage facility and had so much patience from a manager and never felt like I was bothering them I know my belongings are safe and secure I know that the manager Tricia, will keep an excellent eye on my storage unit and let me know if she ever sees any problems I can see myself being here for a really long time as long as Tricia is the store manager

This place has great customer service and prices but that last thing I expected was mice to lay a nest in my storage and have babies and p*** droppings all over my belongings when I only had my stuff in there for two months max ! My daughter is constantly hospitalized for her asthma and now I have to throw most of my belongings away because she can get a asthma attack from mouse pee and p*****
