Fairmount Golf Course is a decent, inexpensive course perfect for a quick nine holes or practice. It is a nice place to slip away, with a great atmosphere and cool, helpful staff. The course is not too complicated for beginners, offering wide open fairways that are good for practicing the long game. Maintenance is generally decent, with greens taken care of and fairways sometimes in excellent condition, though they can occasionally be long and soggy. The golf range features both mats and grassy tee boxes. While renting a cart can be pricey, it represents great value for those walking. Some long par 4s and 5s provide a straightforward challenge. It is a pretty decent place overall and is highly recommended for new golfers and those seeking a good value.
It was reasonably priced and good for ones who are starting out in the game not a high end course but decent..I will be playing there again soon

Tee box #1 needs some serious TLC - ASAP! Fairways were a little dry so you get some serious roll out (definitely need to consider this factor). Greens were firm and rolled well. Overall, great practice course.
