Went here for the first time in 2020, Deborah assisted us. Double checked our papers before submitting them, but for some reason, our city and zip code for our tax return was put as a city 4 hours away. Also came up over a thousand $ short that year, that we found no explanation for even after speaking with an employee from faro. Who knows if we were ever sent a check to that address on the return. Never went back and would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from Deborah and Agustina. We made an appointment and was taken in right away. They even have a play area for our little one to be in while we file. They offer all kinds of services too, we will definitely be long time customers.

Been Coming Here For The Past Couple Years This will be My Third Year , Never Had A Problem. When I walk In The Door I'm Always Greeted will a Warm Welcome and A Big Smile. And the job Gets Done in A Timely Manner ! Definitely Would Recommend
