I went in walking around the store I could not find the counter or employee to ask., finally, I asked one and direct me to the corner where I first started. I get to the counter and I see the little sign for the service all this time. I thought it was just for photos not too happy to have wondered wasting my time looking for someone to help me

You all need to retrain your employees. I walked in, and both employees were helping other customers. Which was fine. I was just dropping off a package with a prepaid lable. Some girl comes out from the back and asks if I need help. Sure, I'm dropping off a package. Now it had the battery symbols and stuff on the box, as they do when you send something electronic like a cell phone or apple watch whetever. She proceeds to ask me if what I'm sending is OK to send. The next question is Whats in there? At this point, I'm kinda irritated. So I told her the equipment in the box was already shipped to me through YOUR COMPANY, this is a return box, so I'm sure the company that sent this to me knows what they are doing. Ask for my receipt and go. She should NOT be asking people what's in their packages. If she was concerned, she should've brought it up with her manager AFTER I left!

Posted and advertised hours are that it opens at 9AM. Hauled my large heavy package to the door at 9AM today (Friday) and the store was closed, no explanation. Gave up and went to breakfast, having to leave my package exposed to potential theft. Came back at 10AM. Still nobody there. Had to drive elsewhere to complete my FedEx transaction.

On-site FedEx was great, they shipped it fast and saved me from cancellation of my phone service.

I came here last week Friday trying to send out a rushed passport renewal packet for an upcoming overseas trip. The owner Dana was working the front. He had a super cute pupper who greeted me. Dana was very helpful, professional, and kind in making sure I got my materials out ASAP. The shop is small, but the service is huge and exceptional. Thank you Dana for taking the time to help me get my passport renewal materials out. It was most appreciated, and I appreciate you. Thanks for all you do! :)

The waiting time was a little bit of weight but it's understandable we're close to the holidays really clean place close to my home as well
