2 - 2:20 pm Sending chapstick internationally. Brand new from Wallmart. These two said I need a broker to learn how to send or call 1 800 fedex number so they can tell me. why they could not call, im at fedex? so they can tell me how to send it. Why the 2 fedex employees could'nt help me?

Rushed all the way down here to this location from the Walgreens on limonite because they closed at 6 pm got there with 10 mins to spare come to find out it’s already closed seems like people now a days just don’t want to work please don’t state online that your business closes at a certain time and then close before time kind of a middle finger to your customers that needed you at that moment.

Came to this location to make some copies on card stock. Gloria, the assistant manager helped me behind the counter. She started my transaction to purchase card stock, then helped another client, then helped another associate, then retrieved the card stock that I needed. She then informed me that I could test one sheet of card stock on their printer, but there was no guarantees that the printer was compatible with the card stock. Then she let me know that their regular printer behind the counter was broken.
Basically, I waited for her assistance to inform me that it was only a possibility for me to reach my printing goals. Very frustrating.

Awesome customer service!!
I did not get the young man's name. It was on Jan. 18 at 5:24 pm. He was so very helpful. It was my first time shipping packages out. He took his time to show me.
I am very appreciated and thankful for his help.

After a night of being jerked around by other fedex on-site locations and given the run around without people explaining things to me I waited until the morning to come to this fedex . I walked in and was greeted by Shy . She quickly took care of my issue , like two minutes quick and I was on my way out . Very thankful for her help and to be heard .

If this place ever goes out of business, it's because they pay 3-4 people to stand around and talk while 1 or 2 good employees service customers.
Their self-service printer is broken. tried to stick around to let them know and was ignored long enough that I just left instead.

Terrible service. They didn’t know Hong Kong was of a city in China because not in their computer system and didn’t try at all the help better the system or assist customer. They had me call customer support at fed-ex when they are a fed ex office. Comical and ridiculous!!! Never coming here again!!

An amazing location to ship your packages. Emma, who was the nice lady helping me out, walked me through mailing my international documents (Yes they do International service here) with the greatest of ease. If I ever need to ship more in the future, I know where to go! :)
