FedEx Wi-Fi is painfully slow the connection lagged the whole time. I tried to get help, but there was a long line and the attendant never came over. In the end, the machine ate the money I loaded without actually printing my document. I tried logging out didn’t fix it and it was just too slow . Printing here is also way overpriced compared to other options.
If you need a simple print job, skip FedEx. Just get a free library card and print at your local library $0.20 per page and it actually works. I’m disappointed because FedEx basically took my money without providing the service. If your internet or system is down, at least tell customers upfront.
Ps: I am young and tech savvy and I encountered this !

The girl that took care of me was extremely rude. When I ask to review the address, she showed a lot of attitude and proceeded to tell me that FEDEX does not deliver to France (lol). Upon reviewing the address, it showed that it was a lie and they do indeed deliver there.
I ended up taking my business somewhere else because of that unprofessional and disrespectful employee.

I had the best experience at this location with Natasha. She helped guide me through ordering a canvas print and was so patient and kind. I emailed the picture to her and she did an incredible job centering and resizing it. The print was a gift and it came out so beautifully, I bought a second one to keep. The turnaround time was only a day since I ordered it during the week. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a truly special way to honor a photo/memory.

Let me preface by saying that I came to this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center location at 11:00am on a Monday, so it was not busy at all. Users that give businesses bad reviews simply because they are busy deserve to have their Google accounts revoked, or their reviewing privileges taken away. Aaron was very helpful to me and my printing needs, including being patient with me while I was indecisive. I highly recommend this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center! It is located next to Boot Barn and Michael’s stores. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly helpful service. Lost a shipment to be returned to walmart. Manager was super helpful in figuring out if the item was shipped. Very patient.
