Had a tire incident before work this morning and luckily I came across Firestone and Marvin who took really good care of me. I was laid out options, was given a thorough explanation, and the overall customer service was great. I’d definitely come back here again.

This is nice spot for service in downtown Riverside. Walkable distance to a lot of places so walk around while servicing the car.

The guy at this shop was super rude and dismissive. I had an appointment for an Uber inspection and he acted as if he did not want the business. He said appointments don't guarantee service time. Would not recommend.

Tim's not nice. Take your business elsewhere. Called for a simple question and was cut off multiple times and was spoken to as if I was a bother.
If you don't want customers then I'd say keep traveling down the path your on and you'll do just that.
I'll pray for y'all to get on the right path.

I went in for a standard oil change this morning, and the manager Tim was very rude, unprofessional, & overall lacks customer service skills necessary for his position. He talks down to anyone who tries to state their knowledge about vehicle. He also tried overcharging me for a basic vehicle check (which is free!) After an hour, I overheard the staff being belittled in front of other customers and myself. The only silver lining was speaking to another associate Howard. He was very polite and helped me finalize my paperwork for my vehicle.

Don't come here to get checked for uber.
The rude guy there made me get new tires from them in order to drive, and I just bought the car that month.

The site manager Timothy Adams was very unprofessional and rude, not very business like or customer oriented at all. I say that because of my interaction with him personally and the customers I observed him speaking with while I was there. From the very start of my visit there while creating a work order to its conclusion. I paid for a vehicle inspection and was never notified or counseled by a Timothy regarding my front brake linings that I knew were worn to the point of needing replacement. Furthermore his handling of the conclusion my visit for service ended in such a way that I will NEVER recommend Firestone to any of my family or friends ESPECIALLY the Riverside location. I sincerely hope that my responses from this survey will be reviewed and acted on by someone more competent than Mr Adam’s.

The Riverside location I stopped into was really busy and they managed to squeeze me in the same day, I opted for an appointment a day later but was treated with the same care and proffesionalism the next day. Fast service. Great location.
