Came here today and went to the drive thru atm to withdraw some cash and realized they charge $4.00 so I decided to cancel. But the screen froze for 20 minutes and when I tried to push the cancel button it would not let me and then the screen went back to the welcome screen and did not register my card even though it was still inside. At that point my card was completely jammed and I had to force it out. Thankfully I was able to pull it out but I quickly checked my account to make sure nothing was withdrawn. First and last time I ever come here.

Banking here for ages. Friendly and professional. The tellers have taken care of every banking detail for my personal as well as business banking. You don't get that type of personal attention anywhere else.

I have banked here for over ten years and have always been pleased with all the services offered. Although now my banking specialist Ana Villalobos has gone above and beyond all my expectations. She understood my needs and was able to close a HELOC loan for me within five business days. Ms. Villalobos with all of her knowledge and experience is one of the greatest assets this bank has to offer us. Plus she has a great personality and always welcomes you with a big smile!

I've been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo for almost 30 years. But that doesn't matter when asking for new services. They.always have to call the back office and can't make a decision. Referred here and the process was quick and service was great! Thanks Diane for your help, and the customer service manager who helped right at the end of day. Sorry I forgot your name. Anyhow, if you're looking for a new bank- there's still one with a personal touch and you're not just an account number. Thanks First Bank!

This bank has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I only come to this location because my company does business with them, but I would never open a personal account with them based on my experiences. The people are cold and rude --sometimes don't even make eye contact or acknowledge the people standing there waiting for a teller. I have had to walk out a couple of times because I am left standing there waiting for several minutes and, even though there are no other customers in the room, no one at the counter is available or willing to help me. I have already recommended to my boss to take our business elsewhere --like US Bank or Chase. Hopefully I will not have to come to this location much longer. If you MUST do business with First Bank, then the location in Mira Loma on Etiwanda has MUCH better customer service and much more personable and attentive. I try to go there as often as I can, even though it is a bit out of my way.

I'm writing an updating (and changing my rating) for the simple fact that --after I posted my first review --the Branch Manager from this location took the time and courtesy to visit me at my place of business (I work just down the street, about a mile and a half away from here) and to offer her apologies in person. She also stated that the issues I noted were indeed being addressed, rather than just disregarded or dismissed. While this does not erase the problems I've experienced in the past, I truly believe in giving businesses a second chance --particularly if they go out of their way to right a wrong. Thanks, First Bank, for making the first move to conduct better business. I wish you the best in your efforts.

I've waited at this bank drive thru several of times for 20 min or more before anyone has come to help me I would have left if hadn't put my money through the tube thing the people are nice but they definitely need to open their eyes and ears , the other location on limonite is way better they asked help me right away
