Extremely knowledgeable, prompt service, great communication, and amazing attitudes. Rick and Carlos were so helpful at all points during the inspection and repair. The service, speed, and warranty were well worth the expense to repair a low pressure issue as well as the water heater with my water system. Messaged them after breakfast and the work was done before dinner. They even provided water testing and did a more robust inspection while waiting for parts to be delivered. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs. They were a pleasure to work with.

Do not use this company. They tried to take advantage of me during a sewer line blockage. They stated they could not get it unblocked and they needed to cut and replace a section of sewer line. The quote for this was $4500. Luckily I said no, even though that left our house with not being able to use any water. This morning I had another company out here and within 45 minutes and a $250 bill, my sewer line is fixed and clear. Thank God I used my comon sense and realized a scam and a company taking advatage of a bad situation. Stay away!

They came out and will be back in a.m. with the parts to fix our broken off tub faucet..they're fast response to 24 hr call was excellent. Ricardo was very polite and very knowledgeable. They returned today 10/7/24 and completed the job..Carlos was great and very professional..thank you..will definitely refer your business..Manuel answered our problem with a new price quote but the problem should have been taken care of at above completed but still have leak in tub faucet due to psi pressure according to manuel..still deciding how to handle that new issue from above complete Job that wasn't fixed properly.

The technician was professional, courteous. The dispatcher does not give prices as the technician will give a quote when they arrive. More expensive than the rest. Recommended $1200 camera diagnostic first. I said no, I have another guy that can be here in a half an hour. He said he could just do the snake for $200 which was $50 more than the other guy but he was already there and I said go ahead. He said he need to pull the toilet off and then reset the toilet so I needed to go buy a new wax seal. He was unsuccessful and needed to call the camera truck out to find out why. Those guys located the clean out on the exterior of the house where the plug was. they talked me into the Waterjet ,the camera, The blew The plug into my bathroom and the plug went all over the place. It took all day and cost me $1200 and could’ve been remedied in a half an hour by going through the clean out on the outside of the house that I was unaware was there and the professional did not look for it to begin with.

We were in no position to shop around so we let this company do the job. They charged us $850 for less than one hour of actual work. (The technician did a good job but ugh!) I would recommend getting a competing estimate before using this company.

I had water standing on the carpet in one of the bedroom. I thought the water was coming from the foundation. I called First class plumbing and Rooter. Chip came out and did an assessment. He determined that the water was coming from the water heater. All of sudden, the pipe broke in the wall. It sounded like someone was in the shower. Chip turned off the water. Within one hour or less he had a crew fixing the problem. Special thank you to Robert, RJ, Daniel, Tanner and Randy. Chip you are awesome.
