This is notice to all persons that are looking to get a credit union that they can trust. Stay away from this credit union. I am a former customer I seen that they were taking fees out of my account for years and did not disclose this to me. I filed a small claims action on the bank and c.e.o a.j Moyer. In March 2019. Case number riverside court mvs 1900389. The c.e.o did instruct his staff not come to court to testify despite a Court ordered subpoena. So new cases were filed on the manager VERONICA frank. Manager and lead teller Francisco Martinez both for failure to comply with a subpoena ISSUED by riverside superior Court case numbers mvs 1901811 and mvs 1901802. When a Court makes a ORDER for a person to appear in court and there boss tells them to not comply with a court order there is something very wrong. Be advised there taking instructions from a attorney keven jackson out of orange county California. They tried to counter sue me with out service out a defendant claim ( by order of attorney keven jackson ) they fully are aware of my disability they actually came to my place of were I am a resident to open my account. For 2 years I had never been in the bank they did everything by phone. Any persons that wants more information about this credit union i strongly suggest you go the the riverside court website and review the case numbers attached to this yelp post. Note when they were doing business as first national bank of southern California. They refused to list things ( hidden fees ) and they would not provide large print disclosure or bank statements to customers) This case was filed in march 2019 and still pending. AND THIS IS ONLY SMALL CLAIMS.

The website is down, and will not allow me to log into my account to view balance, review account history, make transfers, or do anything else. There is no afterhours help provided at the bank, and there are no self service prompts on their phone. When the website is down, you're basically screwed. It's so frustrating and maddening in this day and age that they are not very customer focused. Add to that, they only have a few locations, so if you live far away or are out of town, you have no options. I've been banking here for over 15 years, and it's just not worth it since I don't live in Riverside anymore.

This review is for Alma, I went into the bank to cash a check and she told me I couldn't cash it because the name was wrong on my check, which I've been a member for 10 years. Never had a problem because the name was miss spelled. I left very unhappy with what she said because I never had a issue. Went to another union bank, walked in and cashed the check, no holds because the teller actually looked up my account, saw another check from the same company I cashed to verify it was good and the name was ok. It's not like they bent over backwards for me because it was easy. I just wish she would of looked this up for a customer instead of say no we can't help you.
