most of the times i have came here some of the aisles were just really cluttered and messy which can make it feel overwhelming to shop there. but one of the workers who i have been bugging for weeks told me they finally got a shipment of calico critters and i was so happy! he is tall and has glasses and is always super friendly when my friends and i come in. the staff here is also pretty friendly!

I was short changed by $1.00 the lady worker there today Nov 2, 2024 at 10:20 am the manager is not very nice as well. He looked mean. Be careful when you shop there.

I recently visited this Five Below and was very disappointed with my visit. The store was a complete mess, making it difficult to find what I needed. Items were misplaced, aisles were cluttered, and overall, it felt chaotic and gross.

Terrible customer service over the phone 8/7 6pm, at first the lady employee answered the phone and then she hung up on me randomly and for no reason, without warning & then I tried to recall and she hung up on me 5 more times and the last time she put me on wait with elevator music for over 30 minutes and still no answer. I just wanted to know the status of my order for pick up since the item I ordered was low stock. Employees definitely need training on their customer service skills.

Place was a mess. Shopping baskets were dirty, and mostly shelves were empty, although it was Saturday. I don't think so I will visit this store again.
