I was so very grateful to find this place. I dropped my phone in the ocean. It wouldn’t recover or turn on and I didn’t have all of my stuff backed up. Brennan was able to recover my stuff and back it all up! I am truly grateful and I would recommend this place! Friendly, and really helpful. Thank you for recovering my phone and all my memories ??

I am very dissatisfied with the service and its irresponsible and unscrupulous attitude to the customers. A month ago, my phone was wet by an ocean water and it stopped working. The very next day, early in the morning, I went to the service center. After diagnostics they told me that motherboard was damaged. They didn't recommend repair because there was no guarantee that the phone would work normally. But, as I wanted to save the information, we agreed that they would do it. They quoted a price of $250 and said it would take a couple of days. Not having got any feedback in a week I called back. They replied that all in the process and they would let me know about any updates. Few more weeks passed, I called back and was given the same answer. At last, in ONE MONTH they sent a message that the repair cost might be higher, not 250$ as we confirmed at the beginning, but from 250 to 450$, please, confirm the new price. At this moment I realized that the whole month they did nothing with my phone, it just absorbed more salt making the chance of repair less and less possible. I got my phone back, found another shop where master cleaned it for 45$, but told me not to rely on the phone, just save as soon as possible the necessary information because it might die at any moment.
Thus, thanks to fixenter, I lost a whole month. And I almost gave away 250-450 dollars. And in another workshop they did everything for me in a couple of hours and $45.

I went to Fixenter to get the cracks in my laptop screen fixed and they finished the job in just a few hours. When I received my laptop back it looked brand new! Will definitely be recommending this place to others.

These guys are awesome, they can fix anything phone and computer related. I’m telling you even if you feel like it is unfixable take it to these guys. They can fix it. They did a great job.

Love this shop and the prices are reasonable took 3 items for repair and i thought one was unrepairable but they fixed it and thought it was gonna a long time for all repairs but again they were professionals and they fixed it quick and the right way gonna take all my repairs to them now
