I honestly never thought I'd be writing this but my iPhone has been officially stolen by the employee named Mike/Michael Stanley and His wife. I brought my phone in Dec 2020 to fix my phone . It's been 2 years now and still no answer and when I call people tell me they went mia and nobody has heard from either of them and that this store has shut down . When I did get a hold of them about a year ago they said my phone is getting fixed by their team and it wouldn't take much longer at all then eventually their contact info changed . I payed close to 600$ just for them to never give me a call ,update, and definitely not my phone back fixed or back at all. I'm so sad that I lost everything in that phone . All my memories, all my messages with people who have passed away now .I even found Mike on Facebook and messaged if I can just get my phone back as is, I was content and respectful not even insinuating he stole from me but deep down I knew it couldn't take this long and I have been played , he blocked me so now all I can do is file a police report press charges, and report my phone stolen .I lost more than I gained by just visiting this store and giving them my time and money . Please be careful and look into any place before giving anyone or them your hard working money . This has left me devastated....

I recently got the screen on my iPhone repaired at this business. When I got home after the repair was made, I realized that the phone now had a new issue. I took the phone back the next business day and they gave me the runaround saying that I would need to pay for a new repair. I recommend looking at other businesses for this type of work. There's plenty of options, I just happened to run into a bad one. Save your time and some money by considering other businesses.

They're very rude, no manners. Will make you wait for hours.... screen on my iPhone 7plus stopped working after 2 weeks and are saying it's not under warranty when it's not even cracked!

They didn't let my money get away like the store next door did!!... sales kid was sarcastically humorous and engaging, knowledgeable enough to rebut any deal killer I may have had..I wanted a phone....i wanted same number..i wanted a case...thats what I got...Fyi....they also repair phones too... in a clandestine looking big boss back room

Small shop with lots of deals. Go here if you are looking to get a good deal for boost or metropcs. Guys worked fast and were super friendly.
