Food 4 Less offers a no frills, low cost warehouse format with everyday low prices for a wide selection of bulk grocery, produce, and health and beauty care items. The store is huge and located in many neighborhoods, providing good prices on a lot of brands. Shoppers can find premade deli sandwich such as hot honey chicken and swiss cheese on a hoagie that many promise the best. Deals are pretty good and the selection is equally good, including items like pita bread with 0g sugar. Fresh produce is acceptable and the store also carries cleaning supplies although the focus is food. Lines are often very long and there are never enough clerks to have more lanes open, which can cause wait times. The automatic gate at the entrance has an alarm that can sound if a bicycle is left inside, but store workers are cool and helpful. The register staff can be nice and professional, even assisting a man in a wheel chair who needed assistance shopping. Carts are sometimes not put where they belong and some carts do not work well, and the store can be dirty at times. A box of cooked chicken was wedged between conveyer belt and snacks on my check out stand. Food 4 Less offers low prices and a wide selection for last minute shopping.

Thank goodness the lines were not as long as they usually are after 6pm. I got there at 3:30 PM and it was smooth sailing. I was a little bit relieved but shocked. I usually shop after 6 PM and the lines are a nightmare. I will try shopping earlier from now on.
