DO NOT BUY SHOES HERE! I literally bought shoes two days ago and the Manager ASHLEY did not want to give me my money back and I have my receipt she said they look used look at my pictures my son literally just wore them to try on for size. She has a sad miserable face.

This is an online order.... talking to customer service feels like you just called a different country... they have you repeat and spell out everything cuz they don't understand English well...and their order number is about 20 numbers long...ridiculous...by the time they get it right in their system to look up your oder...20 minutes has passed already

Sal keeps his store airtight! Inventory is always on point, and if it's not here, the staff is helpful in locating or ordering it for you if it's available. Footlocker at The Galleria at Tyler has been my go-to since 2010. Through the thick and thin of Covid-19, kids school needs I appreciate Footlocker and Sal.

So overpriced and staff is so rude. I've yet to meet a friendly or helpful one. They act like you are such an inconvenience to them if you ask for a size. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. I try not to have to shop there at all. Cheer up people!!
