I've been a customer of Fred loya insurance for years n needless to say the customer service is gone from good to worse the employees are very rude they're not willing to budge they're not willing to help their customers I do not recommend Fred loya insurance at all whatsoever for any reason

Horrible service. They are misleading they say one thing over the phone and something different in person. Waste of time! $2500 deductibleThe workers seem like they are in a hurry to go home! Horrible service!! Wouldn’t recommend this place or insurance!!
