Don’t come here this place is ridiculous and will do anything to make an extra buck. I’ve come here twice because I live close but I’ll continue to just drive to Moreno Valley for what I need. Tried to make a simple exchange for the same exact pre work out I just accidentally bought stimulant freee the first time
They wanted to charge me an additional $15 because I got it on sale

Cashier was immediately rude He asked if I needed something I said I was shopping . Here comes the attitude .. he began to ramble that he was just asking I stopped him and told him I didn’t have my hearing aids in …. He STILL HAD AN ATTITUDE Well I didn’t know ?that’s why I told you and I’m fine .. still mumbling I walked around no one but us in the store I go to register and he STILLS has a damn attitude again mentioning he didn’t know I said STOP I JUST WANT TO OAY FOR MY PRODUCT He started going on and on .. He was rude as hell . Mad bcuz I can’t hear you smh NO RECEIPT STILL MUMBLING trying to poke at my hearing disability so I made a remark about his .. Shouldnt YOU be healthy working here . Very large man who seemed very unhappy with his job Hw was just leaning on the counter when I came in .. smh Ridiculous WTH you keep discharge my hearing nithing is on sale no coupons ? Go get a job that fits you

The cashier, I believe her name was Evelyn, was super nice and very informative. She was able to help get the products I needed! The products she recommended to me have been super helpful in my health/weightlifting journey! Thank you Evelyn!

Started a new workout plan and went to the GNC located in the riverside plaza. The employee was a early 30s man, black hair and beard. He was leaning on the counter on his phone when i walked in and gave no greeting. As i was the only customer in the store, and after i wondered around a bit he asked if I needed help. I told him my trainer had a list of supplements to take and I needed help gathering them all. I hand him the list and he scrutinized it silently for a minute then says, "your trainer made this list?" He then began to tell me that the dosages were completely wrong and that one item, Acetyl L-Carnitine is an injection drug. It comes in no other form. He stated "your trainer doesnt know what hes doing." And handed back the list. I had to ask him if he could at least guide me to the supplements he did have, and ill talk to my trainer about the others. He did not want to help. He was non informative, has limited supplement education, and clearly does not like his job. I left without purchasing anything, went to Clarks, were a very helpful and educated salesperson not only got me all of the supplements needed, including the Carnitine that IS NOT an injectable only supplement, but agreed with the program and gave me good instruction on the dosage amounts and effects. Ill never go back to GNC and i recommend no one else does either. Supplements are an important part of overall health. Go to a retailer who trains there employees on this. Clearly GNC does not.

Thanks Razi for keeping that positive attitude! Just came from this location very pleased. Employees have all been knowledgeable, but I want to give Razi some extra credit for his customer service. He was pleasant on the phone, and made my in-store shopping trip a good experience.
