Worker posted a sign for a 10 minute break and locked the store . Stood outside for 30 minutes for a delivery pick up . When the worker finally came to the door he looked high as a kite . Do better GNC .

Does not stay open until 8 like advertised online, they will stare at you through the glass even though it says they’re open online.

Sure, they had what I wanted and I bought it BUT, the young man in charge has the personality of salamander. I almost left it on the counter and walked out but I need it. Will not be going back to this GNC in the Tyler mall.

I wouldn't say I was helped by Alexis but he was definitely the one that rung me up. I had to stand awkwardly at the counter for 3 minutes while he disinfected his hands and psyched himself up to do the job he gets paid to do. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, he radiated an angry gen z robot aura as he gave me his rehearsed speech about the rewards I could be getting. He was warm to the other guests that were leaving the store(the ones that didn't even buy anything), he was downright giddy when his coworker came in, but you could tell he hated every second interacting with me by his annoyed yet deadpan expression. I'm glad I could leave the store so his day could get better, must suck for people to expect a service from you.

I use to be an employee here at gnc for 8 months I am going to write why my experience with GNC was so horrible on here because Google deleted mine. Working with Nick was the worst time I have ever spent on the clock with a manager. He is controlling judge mental micromanages you and hates it when we try to get your opinion in. He will also force pro memberships down peoples throats and if you don't want it or disagree with him he will make you horrible and give you the worst experience at GNC. I have called off many times just because I didn't want to be around him because he was so negative. He treated staff horrible he treated me horrible he was also embarrassed me in front of customers. I'm so glad I no longer work there and don't have to deal with his sexual creepy jokes or his aggressive attitude towards customers and coworkers. I would get into arguments with him about his aggressive behavior and I went to corporate and they did absolutely nothing so I left

Store manager was not wearing a mask. Unacceptable! As a customer and citizen I am asked to use one to even enter the mall- how is it possible for GNC to allow a "store manager" to not wear one at work??

Horrible customer service from an associate Nick. Asked questions and seemed to be bothering him. Couldn't even make a recommendation when I asked. He was completely disinterested and made the overall experience shopping in here terrible. Will be going to the other GNC in Riverside or Ontario!

Wow talk about lazy!!! Why does Nick even work here! I had to use google to research products, when I would ask questions he seemed annoyed or bothered didn't even say hi thank you! I don't understand why people work at places that require you to be somewhat knowledgeable in your profession, damn at least crack a fake smile! I will be contacting your district manager

Charlie was so helpful with finding me the right probiotic, fat burner and appetite suppressant! He made me feel comfortable and open to asking questions and explained things for me so I can get started on working past my weight loss plateau.
