There's not a single mirror OR fitting room in the entire place. How am I supposed to know if the clothes look okay on me? There's. Not. Even. A. Mirror. It's completely useless shopping here unless you're buying miscellaneous items. NO MIRRORS... Absolutely insane. This is the bare minimum for an establishment that sells clothes.

Missy was so so sweet and very accommodating for me when checking out, as well as she is very personable. She deserves a raise and is very honorable for treating customers very well! This is an awesome Goodwill!!!

Too expensive unfortunately.... Might as well go out and buy new things. There are better thrift shops out there than Goodwill.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I agree with the review below me regarding donations. I've tried over 4 times to try to donate clothes that have been sitting in my trunk and every time it's a new issue. I get yelled at because they need to sort some other bucket. I'm sorry but aren't my donations what is funding their paycheck? I won't be donating here and will donate it someone who is more grateful. I am not going to waste my time and also allow someone to yell at me for doing something nice.

I've shopped at this goodwill for 6 years. I've never had any issues with the staff until tonight. The manager on duty was someone I've never seen before. I observed rude and uncalled for behavior from Amy. I heard her tell a customer to not mess everything up because they had to clean it. WTF????? She also persisted in being loud about the fact they closed at 9. It was only 830, and she acted put out for having to be there. She needs to realize that the customers keep the door open and allow her to have a job. Shame on whoever decided to make her a manager. She doesn't need to work with the public with her shit ass attitude!!!

Backpack had price tag that was ripped clearly could make out the price at 9.99 but the cashier noticed how hyped we were on it she takes it to the back and comes back with it priced at 24.99 and her phone in her hand like she didn’t look up how much they went for

Prices were a bit high. Media section was mis labeled (no vhs tags, dvd tags on vhs tapes). Staff were friendly and helpful.

I am not sure who does the pricing on tagging items because they are incorrect. Items tagged high and some doubled then purchased brand new. Maybe I came on the wrong day but not a good selection. Was my First and last time at this location.

This review is based on the donation process, not the store itself. This is the Goodwill closest to where we live so it is most convenient to donate here. We would find ourselves dreading the donation process because the employees accepting donations are rude. They yell at you if you accidentally put items in the wrong bin (yes, they make you do the sorting for them). Seriously, you are going to yell at someone who is donating the items that keep you in business? It isn't worth it. The Goodwill on Sunnymead has much nicer employees and they are appreciative of your donations. It is worth the extra drive to be treated with respect.

Prices are way to high you can find cheaper on ebay. I was in there and seen nothing but 12.99 and 14.99, On stuff that looked like junk. I don't even think they test anything out to see if it works other then plugging it in. Items will have a 29.99-79.99 tag on it without any plug so take a chance. Also 15-30 bucks for smelly shoes, that won't sell. Now they have atleast 400 pairs. The place smells like feet and Homeless people everywhere. You think for the Prices they are charging they would get some security. They had a crazy old guy that was working there he was in the parking lot screaming like a mad man. I asked him a question once and the guy went crazy. Then I seen another crazy guy in the back telling a lady that he didn't want her donations in a rude manner. You have to go to this place with some kind of weapon to feel safe. The women that work there are nice that's why they get 3 star's but it's really a 2.5

Sometimes good and sometimes better and other times.... Depends on the mood I'm in. Even if there are other thrift stores... We know that on Thursday u get $1.99 color of the week when it's 50% off the rest of the week. And they have a lot of good new stuff too.

As a single mom of 5 kids, all doing sports, there is often a need to shop thrift stores for basics or extra unique or for me the mom just an update to an already cool wardrobe. I have been in this store like 5-6 times and although the outside is a bit ruff (new to the area from northern cali so still learning the area) I usually can find an awesome find for a great deal. But todays experience with what I believe is a woman in power at this location has me thinking any other goodwill is to be preferred. Now I get theft probably is more common at this store and they may be fed up but to come at me screaming across the parking lot while a woman is parked donating her items and many others are walking thru lot because I opted not to have a bag and was carrying my new finds with receipt still in hand and visible if she had really taken a minute to access the situation, was humiliating. Maybe because I'm still in gym clothes from a 2 hr workout after I drop my 3 still school age children at their different schools? Maybe because I hadn't done my make up yet or my hair, but she came at me aggressive told me never to return to her store as I'm just realizing she is screaming at me...I say wait you're talking to me?...and she is saying she watched me walkout with items....I say I paid here is my receipt in hand and she says you don't she a bag, I say I didn't want a bag, but here's my receipt....I will admit once she calmed a bit and saw a receipt in my hand and hopefully saw how offended and embarrassed I was that she had accused me in front of others by screaming at me that she did apologize with the whole " I am sorry for accusing you, but we have a lot of theft." Now I hear her, buttttt when trying to apologize to a customer who was having an enjoyable time up till that moment, perhaps you just say I am so sorry I was wrong for assuming and coming at you so crazy as opposed to giving an excuse along with. I may have felt a little less offended had the apology not been followed by justification for the embarrassment and just acknowledgement that she was wrong and sorry , have a good day....I will hope she learns from this that not everyone is out to take and put more time into accessing the situation before causing a customer humiliation.
