I guess it's clean, so whatever... BUT... * they do not read or follow through with instructions.I was very specific about 2 things. Water temp & dryer temp.As a bonus, I added other little preferences, (since they do ask), like laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc etc. I filled out all the options, yet very few were delivered. I also asked that my socks just be folded in half , but they came back rolled into a ball. I said no need to fold undies. They were folded. Super annoying that i have to refold everything, including shirts.. i will not go back.

Miscommunication, extortion, violation California Penal Code for "Financial Exploitation of an Elder". My laundry was picked up by Happy Nest as a returning customer. Shortly after pick up I was advised there had been fraudulent transactions taken place using my debit card number. In turn I spoke to two different representatives from Happy Nest. Each time I was assurred the situation was nothing to worry about, as this had been a reoccurring since co-vid and I would be billed according. Take note I did 2 offer to pay by check, but was instructed that policy on;y allowed credit card payment......so wether I could pay or not if I didn't use a debit or credit card ,my clothes WOULD NOT BE RELEASED. Please note I was a returning customer and had been advised twice billing would be implemented out of consideration. Six hours later I'm advised as follows: There is no notes on file and policy dictates "Credit or Debit Cards ONLY. Then after reviewing the site I find there's several factors I've never addressed. Type of soap to use, softner etc. Was I misled......then customer service takes the approach "No Ones Available" from management. The contact refused to provide any avenue for remedy to the problem. Instead refused to allow me to speak to management then assured me a supervisor would contact me. to no avail. In closing I don't feel confident this report will take place without consequences. they won't let me pay for my clothes....isn't it over 50.00 funny the agent didn't deny processing a check was easier than a credit card. BUT REST ASSURED SHE REFUSED TO RELEASE THE CLOTHES OF A HANDICAPP, Marine Corps Veteran 72 years old. After refusing to let me speak with management then telling me a supervisor would call NO one ever called. THIS ISN'T FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION. A copy of this review has been forwarded so it won,t meet with a untimely resolve.

Fast service! Worth every penny to have 10 loads of laundry washed, dried, folded and hung up all in 1 day!! Clothes smell clean, not wrinkled, organized neatly, protected in bags, dresses hung up, they followed my directions for my delicate washing, and communicated the pick up and delivery updates frequently. The only thing I had to do was take my laundry to a friends house a few blocks away because the service wasn’t available in my zip code.

Thank you for being here when I needed help. I like the text messages that let me know when you were coming to pick up and deliver my laundry. The laundry met my expectations. I did lose a sock and I never got a final itemized invoice to show how many pounds of laundry I had. I will use you again and would recommend your services . Thanks.

What can I say? I schedule a laundry pick-up. They pick up my laundry. The next day they bring it back clean, sweet smelling, folded, and with shirts on hangers.

Had a great experience using the service. I'm grateful to be on a weekly schedule and relieve myself of the stress of keeping up. The staff collected my clothes and returned them just as scheduled. The quality of products offered and ability to customize my laundry instructions is a total plus.

I am so pleased with your laundry service! It has been stormy here so pick up was delayed (I expected a cancellation), but when I reached out, the response was immediate and friendly. They assured me pick up was still going to happen, and it did shortly after. Drop off went without a hitch. The clothes smelled so nice and looked so vibrant, and I requested the free and clear! Great job and thank you. What a relief
