Dealing with Riverwalk Pharmacy has been a constant headache. They make numerous promises but fail to follow through. Despite being informed multiple times that my prescription was ready, whenever I arrived, the medication was not in stock. Now, the pharmacist is refusing to fill my prescriptions unless they're written by one of their preferred doctors. While I understand that doctors and pharmacists often have working relationships, this pharmacy has taken it too far. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing service as always! The staff is fabulous and so is the pharmacist, Tapan! Everything is always prepared quickly, good vaccine availability and the OTCs are priced well too :)

I would give 100 stars if I could. I am always greeted with smiles by Elizabeth, and the other ladies . Elizabeth is great! The pharmacist Tapan really listens to any concerns you may have . He'll take his time with you , he's very knowledgeable , and he treats you like a person who matters, and not just a prescription bottle to be filled. My prescription's are always waiting for me when I get there. If you want a pharmacy that gets a message to your doctor or an authorization promptly look no further . I have had so many issues with other pharmacies putting me on the back burner and had to wait until the next day. The team at Riverwalk pharmacy gives stellar customer service.

This pharmacy is TOP NOTCH! Unbeatable customer service, great prices, super sweet, friendly, dependable staff! I am so thankful my friend recommended it to me. I won't be going anywhere else from now on! Thank u all sooo very much!!!

My first time going there and the ladies are so nice. I asked about getting my meds delivered and they said that wouldn't be a problem I'm seriously thinking about leaving CVS to go there

1 star isn't enough, if I could give it a 0 it would be appropriate.Horrible service, unorganized and the staff is rude.Our prescriptions were transferred here because the other pharmacy closed shop.Do not come here, go to your local Walmart, CVS or Walgreens.

I love this pharmacy and would highly recommend it to everyone. Once my son forgot a toy at the pharmacy and Damaris kept it for him until we returned a month later. That was very sweet of her. The pharmacist Mr.Patel is also very nice. Everyone at this location goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and like family.
