I'll recommend anyone and everyone. I never had so much help with customer service like I had with Jimmy he went above and beyond my expectations when buying a vehicle from him he always made me feel like family when I had minor issues with the vehicle. He always made sure to fix any and all issues. Thank you so much for the utility truck I definitely be a loyal customer when and if I ever need another vehicle.

Buyer beware!!!! Went here to get a car, got the car I wanted but it wasn’t until later reading through my contract…they took my 4k down payment and put it in their own pockets! I stated I wanted it to go to the bank as a part of the principal. Later looked through my paperwork and found out they took it and never gave it to the bank. My mom also bought a car from them and the head gasket blew! Read through EVERYTHING before signing all paperwork and double check to make sure they actually did what you’re asking for or what they told you!

I had a great experience at Highgrove auto. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. several days after my purchase, A check engine light came on and Jimmy had it taken care of. That was an honorable thing to do. I will be back in the future to purchase more trucks as my business grows..

Jimmy was straight forward with his vehicles. No haggling or selling add-ons that you don't need. He quickly replaced a brake light bulb that was out on the truck I was interested in and also Reimbursement me for a glove box handle it needed. True gentleman, I highly recommend this dealer. Don't go anywhere else!!

We went to look at some trucks and found a beauty! We worked with Jimmy, he was amazing. He helped us get exactly what we wanted and needed. He is friendly, listens and does his best to get exactly what you need at the price you want. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. I love my new truck! It is exactly what I've wanted for years but couldn't afford. Jimmy made thing easy, and we didn't have to wait all day or even 2.

This was the best car buying experience I've had. Everything went so smooth. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase, but it was the people that set this experience apart from any other I've had. Jimmy was very accommodating but not pushy. He has an authenticity about him that is missing from so many other salesman nowadays. Also, shout out to one of the younger assistants that helped me check the brake lights. You don't often see younger workers quick and eager to help out like he did.

Recently, one of our employees vehicles had given out. After doing a tremendous amount of research on the purchase of a used truck, Highgrove Autos was most competitive, and had the best reviews. I found their vehicles to be very clean and most importantly, checked out mechanically. We also had our mechanic test drive and he agreed that the vehicle was solid and a good value for the price. During the purchase, Jimmy went through all of the documents, explaining each and every one and how it applied to state laws. He was very informative and thorough in his preparation of paperwork.We highly recommend Highgrove Autos, especially Jimmy.
