I had the pleasure of working with Richard, and I couldn’t be more impressed! He demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the store’s products and gave me excellent guidance when I was deciding on a specific item. I was particularly interested in a particular model, and Richard not only explained all the features in detail but also made sure I understood the pricing options. His expertise and friendly attitude made my shopping experience seamless. Highly recommend Richard for anyone looking for top-notch service and advice! Five stars!

Love the store, hate the customers. I shop here often and I gotta say, everytime I come here people are so messy. This store is clearly understaffed and customers certainly do not make it easier leaving clothes and trash everywhere for other customers to have to shuffle through. While also letting their children run rampant. It really made my shopping experience stressful. At least some of the employees were really kind. There were two young ladies named Raven and Jaiden whom were extremely helpful to me. I like shopping here because of the discounts, but I don't like that it's a smaller store compared to the mills.

Horribly old-fashioned return policy. Only 30 days, no exchanges allowed with a receipt after 30 days, zero exceptions, even with a receipt and tags attached. Feels like I’m shopping somewhere GHETTO like Walmart…except even Walmart allows returns for 90 days ?.
Unfortunately corporate will never read this message and store employees will instead pay the wrath of the customers.
I won’t be buying anything online here anymore since I usually need to return the sizes that don’t fit and it’s just not always possible to get there so quickly. Today I am out $70. Thanks corporate dinosaurs.

H and M in Tyler mall is always a good option when you are on the run, the staff is friendly and helpful, always have all the sizes and help you when you need to exchange our return
