Ask an associate if they sold box fans, he seemed like he had no idea what a box fan was. He waived for another associate so I asked him, he said he didn't know if they sold box fans but if they did then they would be at the front of the store. They both walked away. I walked to the front of the store and it was all Halloween and Christmas decorations. I left. Nothing really negative but not helpful. Went to target and was immediately directed to where I could find a box fan. Update: I went in to buy shop lights for my garage, guess the only isle they had blocked off?? Yup, never again, can't believe I didn't learn my lesson.

Been on point with curb side and self checkout team members. Kind of hard to get help anywhere else though. You’ll need to run around looking for someone in a different department to help you find another person.

This lady Claire over at reruns and exchanges is an undisciplined, incoherent person . She has very terrible service and if you expect to get anything resolved with her it isn’t going to happen . She is a waste of time and very poor choice of an employee .
