The place and tax expert were top shelf. But the online program really needs to be looked at as it lags significantly leaving one frustrated. If not for this I would give it a 5 star experience.

February 25, 2022, I walked into the Limeonite location without an appointment. I was told by the receptionist I had to make an appointment. I am OK with that. I leave the building, walk to my car and call the office. I see the receptionist pick up the phone and then set down the phone, ending the call. I was directed to the automated system. I walk into the office and tell the reception that I called less than one minute ago. I told the receptionist I called the office, and I watched her pick up the phone and hang up the phone without even putting the phone to her ear. She said the phone went to dial tone… How would she know the phone went to dial tone if she did not even put the phone to her ear. Answer me that sway.
