WDont bother making appointment with Jeannette Naron, she won't bother to show up -twice! Which is a good thing she didn't as she try stating I owed money & charge me $530 I went else where to a tax accountant, charged me $140 & got me a $700 refund. Been seeing him since. The CSP are a joke. The black girl sat there, laughing while 2 clients were going at it. The manager at this location is a bigger joke. That comes from a previous employee of 14 years. I quit when they turned coorporate as many did, due to the changes going downhill since. I would't ever get my taxes done here again at any locations, even if it still was free, no amount of money ever get me to return as a client or employee. Their system is junk. I don't do business with such pf any kind. Trust me when I say go elsewhere. Block brothers be so dispointed what HRB has become.

March 2024 - CSP is a joke who can't even make phone calls! Tried Jeannette since mine retired. Be aware she is no show for appointments & does not return phone calls, unless coorporate gets involved. She did me a favor though being a flake. I end up having my taxes done with a real accountant who end up charging me $350 less to conplete my tax forms and got me money back where to she claimed the IRS I owed. Highly suggest you go somewhere else of you want your taxes done right with someone realiable. HRB not only lost a dedicated employee after 17 years back in 2021 due to changes made, but also now a client after 23 years!

Not only did they sit on my taxes, holding my return hostage, refusing to file them due to an IT "glitch" that nobody can resolve (up until the week they were due), they are charging me money to hold my return hostage. Run far away from HR block's online service, especially wasting money for a "tax pro" from the brick & mortar location. Unresponsive, tax pro says to contact CS, CS says tax pro has to do it, and they go back and forth with nobody offering to do anything. So here I am, in April, waiting multiple weeks for someone to fix the issue and simply send my taxes to the state. There is no "it department" or "tech support", just a bunch of customer service reps that can't do anything, except tell you to contact another department. I was fully ripped off out of my money (multiple hundred dollars) to have nothing but a headache, they couldn't even answer a question the time I used that service, and I had to figure it out myself. If you want someone to hold your taxes hostage over a simple technical support issue with their website, and rip you off, they are your people. They will make meetings with you which they will ignore, they will ignore your messages and emails and pinky swear they will return your call and will never return your call. I went through an unbelievable amount of stress due to their pathetic software and even more pathetic customer service that just didn't care about anything. They ended up making me print out a paper copy and making me mail it to the state. Now, my payment to the state, that went through their software, wasn't sent. I filed a BBB complaint and they said everything is A-okay and they consider it resolved. It is not resolved and I will not stop until I am issued a full refund for the hundreds of dollars I paid for the worst tax experience in decades. Get your crap together.
