Terrible experience burn marks on pants came for hemming I don’t know why they decided to press and crease my already creased pants they decided to make completely new creases disregarding the previous creases placement resulting in double creases on each leg permanent damage to a brand new never worn pair of pants

I needed my suit dry cleaned and a hole in the pants repaired. The repair was satisfactory considering the nature of the hole. The suit came back mostly clean but they did miss a couple spots that I would've expected them to catch, and they couldn't find my hanger when I pointed out I dropped it off with a felt covered suit hanger. I guess that's my mistake, but I would've thought they'd keep it with the suit and return it back to me.

Excellent cleaning and finishing of garments. Clothes look renewed and restored after being cleaned at Ideal Cleaners.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. But don't get your items hemmed here. The hems come undone after one wash and they won't fix it unless you to pay again. I took two pairs of pants. They cut one pair too short and now I can't use them and the second pair she said I can't wash them only dry clean them and asked me to pay an additional $10 to change the hem to a hem that can be washed. I had originally paid $15 for the first hem.

This place does an excellent job. I began using them about a year ago. I have been very happy with them. I am picky!!At first the store owner/operator was a bit aloof. After I returned a few times she warmed up!! I think she is shy!!! Now she is less shy!!!!

I really love going to this dry cleaners, they are so friendly & prompt with their service. I worked at a dry cleaners all throughout my teens and I have a pretty good judgement towards detailing cleaning & they are so precise & quick! The alterations have also been very seamless. I love going to here and trusting them with my clothes. Btw, there was a lady a few reviews down on this page who was upset about her down pillows from a few years back having a weird smell. That's actually really common in all dry cleaners, unfortunately. It's because you're dry cleaning feathers, so oftentimes after you get down pillows or blankets washed at the cleaners, you need to take it home to air out. It's still sterile, it's just that the cleaning solution mixed with the feathers can be an intense smell unless you know that's normal. Hope this helps future reviewers!
