I used to love this pharmacy because they would deliver. I can't ever get ahold of anyone. When they are exposed to deliver my script they never do and when they do it's short. They used to be great and now it's like pulling teeth just trying to get my script.i constantly have to go with out my medication and it's not a medication u can just stop taking so I get super sick.

I've never had issues of any type with this pharmacy. Everyone is nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable professional staff.

Stopped carrying the medication I needed but didn’t bother to notify me. Wasn’t till I was completely out that they finally answered their phones and told me that commercial insurance wasn’t paying enough for the type of medication. Sounded like BS cause even if my out of pocket cost went up due to the medication costs going up a coupon card from the manufacturer would cover the difference.

I used to love this pharmacy. They delivered, on time and I never had to worry. They also responded to text messages. The past few months, something has changed. I have to call to be certain my Rx will be delivered, and apparently I'm going to have to call and go pick up my Rx. I switched to them because other pharmacies would run out, raise the price etc. These people were top shelkf, in my opinion. Not so much at this point.

Have not delivered my medications (I take them daily for migraine prevention) 3 months in a row and requested I wait till the end of the week or come in the office and waste my gas. They claimed to have attempted the delivery, but "The gate was closed",to my anpartment complex. (The gate they are talking about says exit only) and I was not contacted in anyway! Very irresponsible for a pharmacy that delivers medication. ZERO CARE

Attempting to call pharmacy, receiving message that the pharmacy is now closed, then states pharmacy closes at 6… it’s 4.
To make it worse, it says to leave a message, & never gives you the option to??? Please fix your phones.

I was recommended this pharmacy through my primary Dr and a local wellness center and it’s been such a hassle. I have received my medications late almost every time since switching to this pharmacy. I miss doses monthly because of it. Staff is usually very kind over the phone, I’ve only ever had one not so great experience. So I don’t want to fault them in that aspect at all. However it’s frustrating they never let me know that my medication is late or if it’s backordered . i should be notified in at least a timely manner in order to make accommodations to get my medication as to not miss a dose. Really disappointed after the recommendations and friendly staff

Completely disgusted with this pharmacy!! I have been waiting a week for medication delivery, being told everyday that it will be delivered that day. Lies! If you are unable to fill a prescription, please tell the customer so they can find their medication elsewhere. I hate being
Lied to and if they lie about this, what else are they lying about ?

They always have my medications in stock, and always offer to deliver to my home. (Walgreen's was out of one of my prescriptions month after month, and I'd have to wait 2 or 3 days every time for a refill.) Indiana Pharmacy are friendly, professional, and quick, and I'm so glad my doctor referred me to this pharmacy.

Excellent service, they always deliver medications on time. Very professional and humane, apart from their great knowledge of all medications. I am very happy because they deliver to your home, even though I live almost 35 miles away. Thanks for everything.
