DO NOT WORK WITH DE ANGELA H******. My fiancé and I got our taxes done for the first time through her. All these years, my mother took care of our taxes and since she recently passed, we were in search of a new tax person. She was referred to us so we went and took our chance. She did ours no problem, no hassle. We were happy.\nI then referred her to my father. Like I mentioned, my mother just passed, so we were new to all of this. My father’s taxes were a little more complicated and he made it clear he would need assistance with this since my mother usually handled it all.\nDe Angela seemed to have issues with his insurance coverage. His took longer to process. I reached out multiple times trying to help my father and confirm his taxes have been completed. We received a letter in the mail about his taxes being incorrect and he actually owed WAY more than she originally stated. MIND YOU, my father already paid her almost $500 to do the job.\nWhen it came down to needing HELP and advice or updates, she would either take HOURS or DAYS to respond or not respond at all. My father would text her himself with absolutely no response. I would call her, she would answer and say “she’ll look into it” and “call me back”.\nThough my fiancé and I had no problems, it makes me feel uneasy that my father had a horrible experience. It’s hard enough that he lost his wife. Working with someone so flakey makes it worse. No answers to his questions, no follow up calls, no responses to our texts. SO unprofessional. Definitely not working with De Angela anymore, completely lost our business.

Kim and i have hnown each other for 30 yrs or more. I love her. And of coarse she did our taxes. Now my husband has passed and still keep her around. She's best to talk with.Love ya, Chris

You guys are a f*n joke! I highly dont recommend this place as they charge for a quote AND charge way too much to do taxes. It's a headache and absolutely ridiculous!

Hahahahahahahahahahah I truly lol at all these ridiculous reviews. They are lies from the the mouths of people who are not happy. Honestly look at all their other establishment reviews. Allllll nothing but negative. One person had 24 reviews 3/4 of her business reviews were negative. Sooooooo in that be really careful what you believe. I've been here since 2007 yes it's true it's a TAX BUSINESS!!!!!!!! They do ur taxes!!!!!!!They charge!!!!!!They take their time!!!!!!!! They fix ur damage that you have brought upon yourself by not being not honest with the government not this business establishment. When ur honest u have no issues but when u lie and change ur taxes deductions on ur check through out the year instead of being HONEST then that's when u run into huge tax problem that they have to fix. I claim the correct tax deductions no matter how much they take out. But why get over on the government. But at the end I get a lot back yes I pay them for an honest tax preparation plus yes ive had my check deducted but because ive had the check refund processed ASAP. So yes it's true but be honest when doing a yelp review. Tell the truth. OH BY THE WAY THEY DO ASK YOU QUESTIONS THEY DO LET YOU KNOW THE 411 before anything. So please stop with ur ridiculous over statement of words. People please.

I have been getting my taxes done at this business since 2011. & yes there is quite a wait time. Which is why you can to take your kids & have snacks. They have 2 TVs in both lobby & they are courteous to ask you if you'd like to watch a movie or a channel of your choice. They are beyond amazing that they will feed you all that's there waiting, chicken, pizza, muffins whatever they be having, THEY WILL SHARE!! This location has been in business over 20 years & the reason they have grown so much is from personal references. There is no way these tax professionals will add information on your paperwork without advising you first. What ever you tell them they will give you best tax credit possible. BUT If you are those type of people that provided false information, don't READ before you sign, Or open your ears or ask Questions, well ? even than they still ask you before signing anything "do you have any questions" & their dress code is not slacks & blazer coats but they are dressed professional like I said I have been to this location in riverside for years & no one dresses provocative as a picture posted here.
