Excellent products, have been taking ICARIA for the past 6 months, and has changed my metabolism and energy levels, that have produced muscle mass along with the intense weight training. Great product! I have taken both Icaria and Ivita. Ivita has helped me in times when I have gone out to parties and my day and a half long hangovers are no longer. With icaria i notices the results within a month of consuming it. I have more energy, my performance in the gym is much better, and my overall body has had a positive result.
