Don't go during the night, all my experiences dealt with kids being high and getting my order wrong. I could probably rob the store infront of them and they would be to high to do anything. Theres also tons and tons of homeless surrounding the place as if Jack gives them free food or its their sanctuary. I had a half naked homeless man chase after my car as I pulled out.

I wanna say that I was impressed to see the district manager “Martha” in the front of the house cleaning with one of the other team members. It shows great leadership skills when management is not afraid to get her hands dirty. It showed me something. Thanks for the experience.Parking: Plenty of parking

Just left the drive-thru. As I was pulling out, there are 2 men shooting up drugs as children were present. I immediately called the location. The lady on the phone was very rude and said that I can call the police if I wanted to, that they don't handle that type of stuff. Ok, understandable if you don't want to confront these men, but what was unacceptable was the rudeness in her voice and lack of consideration for the customers present. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me. Truly sad that these businesses allow this type of behavior.
